● Liaise with clients to understand role requirements to source the most suitable candidates 

● Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles 

● Screen the candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to clients 

● Recruit senior IT profiles, with a focus on functional expertise 

●Communicate with hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements fully

● Establish a strategy to deliver suitable candidates on time 

● Build and develop relationships with both clients and candidates to provide a high level of client and candidate service 

● Connect and coordinate with external vendors to support hiring needs 

● Serve the business at a very deep and high touch level 

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? 

● 3+ year of full life-cycle IT Recruiting Experience, in either an agency or corporate setting 

● Familiarity with different selection methods (screening, interviews, assignments) 

● Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity 

● Must have Strong Knowledge of IT Technologies and skills 

● Experience in handling multiple vendors. 

● Great interpersonal and communication skills 

● MBA in human resources or similar relevant field

• Identify and Source candidates with matching skills and experience as specified in the requirements
• Interview and qualify shortlisted candidates to confirm suitability (technical, administrative and personal), attitude, honesty and reliability
• Confirm that the chosen candidates are willing to be deputed to work at our clients’ premises
• Build confidence and trust in the candidates that they are our team and full-time employees
• Follow-up with candidates by sharing with and obtaining from the candidates all information promptly and periodically throughout the recruitment process

Job Description: Role as Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling & routing End-to-End Recruitment from initiating the recruitment process to streamlining overall operations.
• Identify client needs on every requirement with quick response time.
• Understanding the skill set required by our Corporate clients.

About the role:-

• The Healthcare/Nurse Recruiter is a key position, with the primary goal of providing recruiting support for our various client locations across the US. What will you be doing day-to-day?
• Generate leads through sourcing initiatives, social media advertising, phone interviews, and a high-volume outbound call phone strategy.
• Search Applicant Tracking System, social media, and other platforms to find caregivers for our open Travel and Per-Diem positions for RN's, CNA's, PCT's and all allied positions.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter (3+yrs)
• Knowledge on the technical know how, to screen the candidate initially.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
