Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate with payroll and HRMS systems ( GreytHR).
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership.
Talent Acquisition:
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create hiring plans.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen, interview, coordinate assessments, and manage offer negotiations.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely closures.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
HR Business Partnering
Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and employees.
Support performance management, goal setting, and appraisals.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Support organizational development and change initiatives.
Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.

3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition + HRBP / HR Generalist roles.
