About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will give you hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations.
You’ll work closely with the HR team to understand day-to-day HR processes and develop practical industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment & selection: sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and Excel sheets
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and surveys
- Help with attendance, leave management, and payroll support
- Contribute to social media hiring and employer branding initiatives
- Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned
