Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Development is a critical aspect of our platform business.
1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
2. Calling 65-70 leads everyday
3. Setting up meetings with potential clients (parents)
4. Generating Trial Classes - Pitch Parents to take PlanetSpark trial Classes
5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
6. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis (3L revenue per month) 7. “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
Mission Statement
1. In your training of 1st month, we shall actively probe you through the process using Training Decks, Live Experiences, Re-Training Programs that aims to give you an overall Learning experience along with you paid stipend along the journey.
2. We create career oritented BDT in this 1 month whose skill becomes unmatched across the sector.
3. You are required to use right sales strategy and accomplish 1 Lac of revenue in the training period, hence making a way to achieve License to Sell (L-2-S)
4. You will be entitled for training stipend of INR. 21428. In-office attendance of 90% is mandatory in 1month of training
5. Post 1L Revenue achievement, you will be entitled for below
US/ Canada Shift (8:00 pm to 5:00am) - INR 7.23 LPA (4.83 Fixed + 2.4 LPA Variable)

Your Level of Experience

Instead, we look for skills that have been gained, regardless of how long they’ve, it has taken a person to gain those skills.
However, as a point of reference, historically, we have successfully recruited candidates for this role with 1-5 years of prior experience.
Evaluation Process
The evaluation process starts with a short phone conversation.
After that, the candidate will be required to take both a technical and writing test, which will be shared with them after the phone screen.
This will be followed by 1-3 interviews, over Google Meet. We will require candidates to be alone, in a quiet place (with no background noise). They must also have a fast & reliable internet connection. They will be required to take the call on a laptop with a camera, and have their technical test code ready for perusal. We recommend using Google Chrome to join the call, and strongly urge candidates to use headphones/earphones.

You Will Own:
- Understand product workflows and identifying use cases.
- Maintain a document repository of new feature sets in the product.
- Creating effective test plans, test cases and execute them.
- Minimize manual testing by identifying high ROI test cases and help in automating them.
- Make recommendations to improve product reliability, code coverage, performance, and quality assurance best practices/processes.

You Have:
- Engineering degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 yrs of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Should have 1 yr of experience in Automation.
- Minimum 2-3 yrs of solid experience in team management and business deliverables is a must for this position.
- Must have a product-based experience.
- Strong SQL/database knowledge.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and breakthrough attitude
- Proven track record of working with product management, and developers in an agile environment.
