Senior QA Engineer (Automation + AI-Native) 

• 5+ years in automation-heavy QA roles

• Strong coding skills (Java / Python / JavaScript)

• Building automation frameworks — not just maintaining them

• API testing and backend validation

• Writing integration and concurrency tests

• CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)

• SQL and data validation

Job Description:

We are looking for a BDM with experience in generating sales and developing new business for our company. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is excited by the prospect of growing with the company in a friendly environment and having a key role in the process.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing, generating, and growing new business- branding, website, marketing, and creating innovative business plans for clients.

2. Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities. Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research

on target clients.

3. Selling Web and Digital marketing services/solutions including SEO, Google, PPC, social media marketing, B2B marketing, Branding, website development, and other services.

4. Create effective and persuasive proposals.

5. Excellent presentation, pitches, proposal, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

6. Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls.

7. Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals

You will be an integral part of the People Function team, supporting day-to-day people operations and initiatives across the employee lifecycle. This role offers a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to gain hands-on exposure and build a strong foundation in People Function practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate, and support creative employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with team members.
2. Manage pre-onboarding activities including scheduling, induction sessions, coordinating leadership interactions, addressing new joiner queries, and sharing joining documentation and emails.
3. Prepare, issue, and maintain employee letters and ensure proper filing of all employee documentation.
4. Drive internal communication by managing posts related to company announcements, new joiners, festivals, and internal events.
5. Administer leave management processes across departments and ensure accurate tracking.
6. Support employee coordination for internal initiatives, programs, and events.
7. Maintain internal HR data, records, and trackers, and share reports as and when required.

Good to have:

• Exposure to or interest in social media management and employer branding initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications 

●Should have experience of Angular 13 

●Should have 1 year of experience in NodeJS and RESTFUL API Development. 

●Strong knowledge of Front-End web development in Advance JavaScript (ES6, ES7, 

ES8, ES9), OOPS Concept PLUS exceptional debug skills 

●Experience in Unit test development (Test Driven Development – TDD) 

●Experience building progressive responsive web applications. 

●Experience in the concepts of code repositories (Preference GIT) and be able to commit 

code 

●A team player with good communication skills 

●Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability 

●Good to have - Continuous Integration (CI) tools like Jenkins. 

●Any experience on AWS will be a plus

• Responsible for managing + executing content for social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Build and execute social media marketing strategies. Working with our marketing team to design and create the campaign test to communicate the results to use the data to inform future business decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments (marketing, video team, etc.) to create engaging social media content (Stories, posts, reels, etc).
• Planning, Creation, and Publishing of Instagram Reels.
• Managing ORM of IIDE s Social Media.
• Creating the entire campaign, shooting it out, monitoring it, and analyzing it.
• Measure output and revise social media strategies from time to time.
• Takedown any other activities from your reporting manager as and when required.

• Basic Shooting skills using the phone
• Basics of Adobe design & Video tools - Illustrator, Photoshop & Premiere Pro

• GRAPHIC DESIGN for e-commerce/education domain including STATIC, MOTION-GRAPHICS and VIDEOS for digital assets and print media, branding, merchandise and BTL activities
• Cross-functioning with our IT, Digital Marketing and Product team wherein you’ll be creating visually stunning designs, webpage mock-ups, logos, illustrations and marketing campaign creatives
• Create various concept routes, designs and colour palettes basis promotion themes for digital assets and campaigns as well as make amendments basis feedback
• Prepare print media graphics for BTL and internal branding
• Manage complete design process from conceptualization, testing, approval and implementation
• Adhere to media content calendar and timelines of various departments and ensure seamless delivery of creative content
• This role offers good exposure in E-COMMERCE and EDUCATION SEGMENT
• Min of 3 years of relevant experience in ADOBE SUITE including proficiency in PHOTOSHOP, AFTER EFFECTS, PREMIERE PRO and XD. Additional experience on IN-DESIGN and CORELDRAW preferable

• Expertise in ADOBE SUITE, mainly PHOTOSHOP, AFTER EFFECTS, PREMIERE PRO and XD
• Hands-on experience on IN-DESIGN and CORELDRAW
• Compelling storyboard making which effectively highlights the theme in the design concept
• Designing UI mock-ups having many concept routes, including STATIC, MOTION GRAPHICS and VIDEO creatives
• Creative thinking and solution finding approach for adapting and testing graphics across different media
• Effective interpersonal communication skills in a highly collaborative team environment

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• MFA or relevant degree in design and fine arts
• Design portfolio to have several reputable brands, preferably from e-commerce domain
• Good communication in written and spoken English
