We are seeking a smart, confident, and result-oriented HR Executive (Recruitment & Payroll) to join our HR team. This role will focus on 70% recruitment activities and 30% payroll & HR operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruiting cycle for IT & Non-IT roles.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using innovative methods.
- Conduct HR rounds, negotiate offers, and manage candidate experience.
- Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employment documentation.
- Drive campus recruitment initiatives and build strong university relationships.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, and leave records.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and HR policies.
- Maintain and update employee database and generate MIS reports.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll.
- Prior exposure to IT/Tech hiring and payroll software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.

- Ensure the quality of software products we build
- Author test documentation including test plans, test cases & scenarios and develop automated test suites.
- Develop test strategies, plans, and test cases and setting up of E2E test infrastructure
- Both Manual as well as Automation Testing on backend/frontend E2E testing.
- Work towards sustaining current QA processes and implementing new ones
- Define system test plans to validate all existing feature functionalities configured on system testbeds and automate all test cases

Must have:

Responsibilities
- Working with the research team to develop, evaluate and optimize various state of the art algorithms.
- Deploying high performance, readable, and reliable code on edge devices or any other target environments.
- Continuously exploring new frameworks and identifying ways to incorporate those in the product.
- Collaborating with the core team to bring ideas to life and keep pace with the latest research in Computer Vision, Deep Learning etc.
Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- B.E/B.Tech or Masters in Computer Science, Mathematics or relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in computer vision algorithms like - sfm/SLAM, optical flow, visual-inertial odometry
- Experience in sensor fusion (camera, imu, lidars) and in probabilistic filters - EKF, UKF
- Proficiency in programming - C++ and algorithms
- Strong mathematical understanding - linear algebra, 3d-geometry, probability.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Proven experience in optical flow, multi-camera geometry, 3D reconstruction
- Strong background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks.
Reporting To: Product Lead
Joining Date: Immediate (Mumbai)
This is the first senior person we are bringing for this role. This person will start with the training program but will go on to build a team and eventually also be responsible for the entire training program + Bootcamp.
We are looking for someone fairly senior and has experience in data + tech. At some level, we have all the technical expertise to teach you the data stack as needed. So it's not super important you know all the tools. However, having basic knowledge of the stack requirement. The training program covers 2 parts - Technology (our stack) and Process (How we work with clients). Both of which are super important.

- Self-starter - who can communicate effectively and proactively
- Function effectively with minimal supervision.
- You can train and mentor potential 5x engineers on Data Engineering skillsets
- You can spend time on self-learning and teaching for new technology when needed
- You are an extremely proactive communicator, who understands the challenges of remote/virtual classroom training and the need to over-communicate to offset those challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer or have passion for Teaching/ Providing Training
- Expertise in Data Engineering Space and have good experience in Data Collection, Data
- Ingestion, Data Modeling, Data Transformation, and Data Visualization technologies and techniques
- Experience Training working professionals on in-demand skills like Snowflake, debt, Fivetran, google data studio, etc.
- Training/Implementation Experience using Fivetran, DBT Cloud, Heap, Segment, Airflow, Snowflake is a big plus
