Recruitment Strategy – Design and execute effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
Talent Pipeline – Build and sustain a strong Salesforce talent network for future needs. Coach team members on follower development on LinkedIn for pool creation.
Strategic Projects – Lead initiatives like ATS implementation, salary benchmarking, and employer branding.
