Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Brookfield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, IT Support, etc.).
- Understand technical job descriptions and effectively communicate role requirements to candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, social networks, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Negotiate salary, manage offer rollout, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment (customize range as needed).
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, and technical roles.
- Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), ATS tools, and social sourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for startups, IT services, or product-based companies.
- Knowledge of modern sourcing strategies (Boolean search, GitHub/StackOverflow sourcing).
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics.
