We're looking for a RevOps specialist based in India who can own the technical backbone of our outbound motion.
What You'll Own
You'll be the connective tissue between our data, our tools, and our pipeline. That means building, maintaining, and optimizing the systems that power prospecting, enrichment, outreach, and reporting — end to end.
Specifically:
- HubSpot — CRM hygiene, pipeline configuration, workflow automation, reporting dashboards, and deal stage management
- Clay — Building enrichment tables, writing formulas, integrating APIs for ICP scoring, custom data waterfalls, and AI-generated personalization at scale
- ZoomInfo — Prospecting, contact enrichment, intent data, and integration with Clay and HubSpot for a clean data flow
- Smartlead or Instantly — Managing sending infrastructure, mailbox rotation, campaign sequencing, deliverability monitoring, and warm-up oversight
- Zapmail / custom domain infrastructure — Setting up and maintaining sending domains, DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and inbox health
- N8N — Building automated workflows that connect our full stack, trigger actions across tools, and reduce manual overhead
You're a Strong Fit If You:
- Have 2–4+ years in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or growth engineering role
- Have hands-on experience with Clay (not just "familiarity" — you've built real tables and workflows)
- Have worked with ZoomInfo for prospecting and enrichment, ideally piping data into Clay or HubSpot
- Have run outbound infrastructure in Smartlead or Instantly including deliverability troubleshooting
- Understand email authentication and domain warming from first principles
- Are comfortable in N8N or a comparable automation platform (Make, Zapier) — ideally N8N specifically
- Think in systems: you spot inefficiencies, propose solutions, and build them
- Communicate clearly and proactively — no chasing required
Bonus Points:
- Experience with AI tools for personalization (GPT via API, Claude, etc.)
- Familiarity with Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Nav as additional data sources
- Prior experience supporting a US-based sales team or agency

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Master/ Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant and having a minimum of 2-4 years of
experience in Business Analysis or a related field
2. Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role.
3. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills with demonstrated skills in
managing projects on implementation of Platform Solutions
4. Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
5. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modelling, and
ETL processes.
6. Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
7. Experience with one or more BI tools such as Sigma computing.
8. Knowledge of data visualization best practices and ability to create compelling
data visualizations.
9. Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with
