· Provide Style Advice:

Guide clients in choosing clothing and accessories that suit their body type, personal style, and occasion, while staying current with fashion trends.

· Curate and Coordinate Outfits:

Select and assemble outfits that reflect the client's preferences, brand image or seasonal trends.

· Support Sales In retail or brand settings, help drive sales by offering personalized styling services and ensuring that store visuals align with fashion trends and customer expectations.

What you’ll be working on -

Ad copy for digital campaigns, video scripts, social media, blog posts and a certain amount of offline collateral. The role also involves ideation for advertising campaigns. The clients you’ll work on will span tech, F&B, pharma, retail, healthcare, real estate, automotive and other industries. You’ll be a part of the larger content marketing department in Pune, working closely with the client servicing team and design team to come up with ideas and creatives that make an impact!

Responsibilities -

● Interpreting client briefs and requirements

● Work closely with clients to create strong concepts from initial briefing through to execution

● Developing creative ideas and original, clear copy

● Collaborating with the design team on visual representation of the copy

● Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines

● Maintain a high awareness of relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities

● Be responsible for working with internal teams to gather input and validate the content

● Ensure consistency and quality across all written content

● Present and articulate concepts to clients

Desired Skills and experience -

● 2+ years of experience interest in copywriting, business communication or technical writing

● BE Computer Engineering, B.Tech in Computer Science, Graduate in Marketing

● Proficiency in the English language and accuracy in grammar

● The knack of understanding technical products (SaaS, PaaS, SAP, etc.) and writing for them

● Highly creative and imaginative

● Keen attention to detail

● The ability to work in a collaborative environment under tight deadlines

● Self-motivated and eager to learn

• EDW/BI experience of 15+ years with at least 2-3 end to end EDW implementation experience as Solution or Technical program manager
• Must have at least ONE Azure Data Platform implementation experience as Solution or Technical Project manager (Azure, Databricks, ADF, PySpark)
• Must have technology experience in any of the ETL tools like Informatica, Datastage and etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Should be well versed with project estimation, project planning, execution, tracking & monitoring
• Should be well versed with delivery metrics in Waterfall and/or Agile delivery models, scrum management
• Preferred to have technology experience of any of the BI tools like MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI and etc.

Expectations / Deliverables:

● Build enduring relationships with NGOs, community based organizations, corporates, employment agencies, skilling organisations, digital platforms and government including PMC for enabling collective action at the city level.

● GOYN brand-building and enrolment of various stakeholders as partners

● Ensure creation of a dynamic working relationship with partners to ensure smooth enrolment of youth into various livelihood/non-livelihood institutions

● Ensure timely updates from partners regarding youth livelihood status to help maintain the youth journey database and enable feedback mechanisms

● Coordinate with organizations to conduct livelihood sessions for youth in the community settings

● Experience in reaching consensus and drafting MoU's

● Be up to date with any developments in the ecosystem and forge new partnerships with youth facing organizations

● Collate, develop and distribute engaging content aligned with the digital platform from partner organisations

● Collaborate with design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout

● Use content management systems to analyze platform traffic and user engagement metrics

● Manage content distribution to other channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.

● Ensure legal compliance (copyright and data protection) and secrecy of OY data

● Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention.

Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background:

● Post Graduation in any background, with 1-3 years of experience in the field of Content writing and partnership building

● Strong commitment towards building relationships with organizations in the ecosystem

● Hands-on experience with MS Office and WordPress

● Basic technical knowledge of HTML and video editing etc.

● Knowledge of SEO

● Competent in managing social media

● Excellent writing skills in English, Hindi and Marathi

● Good organizational and time-management skills

● Open to travel.

Requirements:

• Energetic self-starter, with a desire to work in a startup environment.
• Proficient in advanced Java programming skills.
• Expert in Application development cloud/on premise end to end. Middle layer, DB layer.
• Nice to have understanding on MQ and DB
• Good hands on in Complex Event Processing systems.
• Solved scale and performance issues while dealing with huge sets of data. Pre compute or data aggregation frameworks to achieve good response time.
• Real world experience working with large datasets and NoSQL database technologies
• Experience of debugging applications running on Unix like systems (e.g. Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Experience developing RESTful APIs for complex data sets
• Knowledge of container based development & deployment (e.g. Dockers, rkt)
• Expertise in software security domain, a plus
