Native Health is looking for results-oriented Engineers. An ideal candidate for us would be a passionate builder of great products/frameworks and someone who would thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of complex business contexts that are typically being defined in real time. In this role, you will be responsible for building world-class technology products and platforms that are at the forefront of the technology revolution in the Indian healthcare ecosystem. You are someone who insists on the highest standards for quality, maintainability, and performance. You will be working in a fast-paced and agile work environment delivering quality solutions that have an immediate business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end development and launch of features on our App.
• Participate in scoping, and planning discussions with the designers, PMs, and Leads.
• Conceptualize and develop prototypes quickly.
• Develop and own launch plans to completion Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve the performance and the architecture.
• App We will depend on this person to set up/improve the code quality, and tracking.
• App architecture and this person needs to have extensively worked on React + Android/iOS.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of full-time work experience (College projects, Internships are not a part of this).
• Hands-on experience with React Native.
• Deep expertise in either iOS or Android platforms and ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of your tools: Languages, frameworks, systems.
• Experience with abstracting requirements into frameworks.
• Has worked with the react ecosystem for eg, redux, react-query, react-router, etc.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a consumer tech set-up (ecommerce, D2C).
• Work with Rest APIs.
• Experience with video streaming and Real-Time Communication technologies.

What will you do every day?

As a front-end tech lead you will be responsible for building the Haptik platform which is used by people across the globe. You will be working closely with the product, design and platform team on a day to day basis and be responsible for the look and feel of the product. While you know how to work hard, you also know how to have fun at work and make friends with your colleagues.

Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?

- Have a keen eye for detail and passionate about UI and UX

- Has worked with a team of FE engineers to set tech processes and standards.

- Has experience in mentoring junior engineers.

- Have a solid understanding of front-end technologies especially React

- Build, maintain and gate-keep the platform tools

- Work closely with the PM and designers to deliver high-quality features

- Work closely with the backend engineers to understand the Interkat Platform and build for scale

- High-level estimating and scoping/breaking down of tasks

- Document features to make them easily understandable to clients

- Participate in code reviews, automated and functional testing, and other aspects of our quality assurance process

- Use and promote standard good coding practices

- Fully participate in a scrum-based, agile development team

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices

- Work experience around optimizing build artifacts and performance monitoring

- Following security standards when using cookies/others to store user information etc.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience working on React.js

- Prior experience of leading/mentoring a team is a plus

- Knowledge of flux and redux

- Must have extensive experience working on Javascript, HTML, CSS, animations and UI/UX principles.

- Knowledge of backend technologies is a plus

- Good attention to detail, pixel perfect designs

- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent

- Good Communication skills

- Hustler with the passion for writing good code

- Team player

- Must have experience in working in an agile environment, exposure to tools like Jira would be an added benefit.

React Native Role :

We are looking for a qualified React Native developer to join our Engineering team. Ultimately, you should be able to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications.

What is expected of our App Developers?

1. Understand the healthcare context and identify key problems
2. Innovate, evaluate, and deploy various android and IOs Features that can solve complex healthcare needs
3. Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon, both in regards to estimates and to general process. An understanding of React Native best practices and acommitment to following them.
4. Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS.
2. Experience with React Js, React Native, JavaScript including DOM Manipulation and

JavaScript object model.

1. Thorough understanding of React Native and its core Principles.
2. Hands on experience on React Native Framework at least 2 years.
3. Good Knowledge of HTML5, CSS.
4. Familiarity with code versioning tools (Such as Git, SVN or Mercurial)
5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs
6. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
7. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Web pack, NPM etc.

10.Experience with Native Mobile app deployment on App store and google play store.
