Position Name: Network Software Developer

Experience: 4 to 8 Years 

Work Mode: Work from Bangalore office (near Bellandur) all 5 days. 

Mandatory: 

1. 4+ years of work experience in Networking domain. 
2. Highly proficient in C and Linux environment.
3. Experience in working on Linux based large code base. 
4. Hands-on experience in working OpenWrt based router firmware. 
5. Hands on experience with IP and lower layer networking protocols.

Great to Have: 

• Experience in working on Qualcomm and MediaTek chipsets. 
• Experience in Linux device drivers and device trees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Scripting experience (Bash, Python, or similar).

Job description:

We are looking for Communications professionals for managing client relationships, developing and executing content strategies, and fostering media relations. This multifaceted role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering impactful PR mandates.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, work from office.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to develop key messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.
• Create compelling and strategic content, including press releases, articles, and other materials based on client requirements.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists across relevant media outlets.
• Pitch client stories and secure media coverage, ensuring positive visibility for clients in targeted publications.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage; generate regular reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in Public relations
• Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, or graduation in arts.

• Create and execute paid media strategy and establish priorities & tactics for achieving MQLs/KPIs
• Research competition, keywords, create ad copies, monitor performance, conversions, A/B Testing
• Build and optimize keywords lists with a continuous test & learn practice to deliver a strong ROAS
• Manage paid search campaigns, paid social campaigns & display campaigns across LoBs
• Understand campaign objectives and optimize ads for conversions and lead generation
• Manage the service and product websites paid search budgets and monitor ROAS closely
• The report paid analytics with actionable insights to identify gaps and adjust ad campaign spends

Experience:

• Detailed understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEM, and Facebook/Insta Ads
• Ability to write ad/landing page copy as per best practices for Google Quality Scores
• Strong analytics, Data Visualization, and Excel skills

• Interact with the Velocity customers via phone, email or video conference and by demonstrating the highest level of urgency, resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Work as part of our extended support team in a startup atmosphere, doing whatever it takes to exceed customer expectations

• Be an Owner and respond to internal inquiries related to Velocitysystems, products and processes. Interact with multiple third-party vendors to resolve the issues

• Understand the technical application of the Velocity suite of products and services

• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Engineering and Product teams to resolve sophisticated problems with potentially costly and far-reaching consequences

What do you need?

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success

• Have an understanding of web applications, REST APIs, DB Systems

• Experience with JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, or Python programming

• Prior knowledge of DBMS, SQL

• Past experience of using tools like Postman, Kibanna, 

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Strong debugging skills. Instinctive ability to subdivide problems into basic components in order to efficiently pinpoint root cause of issues.

• Team player with solid communication and presentation skills

• Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed to work successfully with customers in high stress and or ambiguous situations
