Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Nirmitee.io in Pune. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

Required:

• Experience: 1-4 years
• IT sales experience for IT products and services
• Handling overseas clients is required.
• Experience in using Upwork and LinkedIn is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development opportunities.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, Upwork, Linkedin, and networking events.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up to understand their needs and requirements.
• Proposal Preparation: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients, highlighting the company's products or services.
• Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team in identifying opportunities, preparing sales collateral, and coordinating meetings with clients.
• Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking progress and updating CRM systems accordingly.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage the complete sales cycle for our bookkeeping services. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end sales—from initial outreach to deal closure and client onboarding—primarily for clients based in the US, UK, and Canada.

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Noida Sector 63 (Near Metro)

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Work Mode: Hybrid (WFH + Office Collaboration)

*Preference will be given to candidates based in Delhi NCR or nearby locations*

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Connect with potential clients via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
• Identify and qualify prospects by understanding their business and bookkeeping needs.
• Deliver compelling pitches for bookkeeping and accounting outsourcing services.
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls and follow-ups with international clients.
• Prepare proposals, handle pricing discussions, and negotiate contracts.
• Close deals and ensure smooth client onboarding with internal teams.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve targets.
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction.

Requirements:-

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development / sales (preferably in outsourcing, accounting, or KPO industry)
• Experience in handling international clients (US/UK/Canada preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal)
• Experience in managing complete sales cycle
• Comfortable working in night shift (7 PM – 4 AM)
• Target-driven and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of bookkeeping concepts (AP, AR, reconciliation, etc.)
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools
• Experience in outsourcing / offshore services

Direct advisory partnership with senior leadership on org design, manpower planning, and capability building.

Full ownership of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and statutory compliance.

Proven leadership in building, mentoring, and scaling HR teams and managing recruitment vendors with SLA control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design low level specification for the feature/module in consultation with product architect(s).

• Closely work with product managers/owners, architect(s) to understand the business requirements and code optimally.

• Propose and implement different algorithms in software code for high performing, high throughput, and low latency product features.

• Should be able build, make enhancements and maintain existing native web application user interface based on NodeJS, JavaScript or TypeScript, Angular, React, and Next/Vue.

• Develop and maintain generic solutions and utilities that can be integrated into any product.

• Integrate intelligent product performance indicators into the product to periodically monitor and take preemptive actions.
