Role Overview
The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships after booking, coordinating documentation, supporting customers through financial processes, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Follow up with customers post-sale and maintain strong relationships

• Draft, review, and edit agreements and customer documentation
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing

About the Role:
As an Intune Engineer, you will primarily focus on migrating endpoints from SCCM to Microsoft Intune, managing co-management environments, and overseeing Intune infrastructure to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance device management.
