Role Overview
The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships after booking, coordinating documentation, supporting customers through financial processes, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Follow up with customers post-sale and maintain strong relationships
• Provide end-to-end customer support from booking to handover
• Draft, review, and edit agreements and customer documentation
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing
• Assist customers with documentation and registration processes
• Maintain and update CRM records and customer data
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
