• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services.
• Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve CRM customization to include server side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins. Experience of automating business processes with workflows
• Should be able to automate the CRM for converting the quote to order, which should be fetched from our websites or manual entry.
• Must Understand the functionality of Microsoft CRM Modules, Customizing Objects (Forms, Classes, Data Dictionary and Reporting)
• Should be well versed with Email Router Configuration and Reporting Extensions
• Customize the Ticketing Tool in CRM which should be used internally as well for clients
• Experience in implementation and integration between CRM with other tools like GP , AX etc
• Should have good written and verbal communication.
• Exposure to the following Great Plains Modules: Project management & accounting, Travel & Expenses, Procurement & Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management, Project management and accounting, Human Resources, System Administration.
• Involve in numerous customizations as per the client requirements in both Rich and Enterprise portal developments to enhance the standard functionality of Sales, Project management, and Expense, Home, Timesheets, Purchase and Inventory modules. Performed unit testing and prepared unit test documents.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, inter-personal and problem solving skills. Dedicated and highly ambitious to achieve personal as well as the organizational goals.
