We’re looking for a Senior Manager – HR Operations to own HR Ops end-to-end (excluding Talent Acquisition). This role enables leadership to focus on growth by running HR systems, processes, and compliance smoothly at scale.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end HR Operations
- Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding → payroll → exits
- Handle payroll, compliance, and vendor coordination
- Own HR tech stack (Zoho People, Payroll, Sign, workflows)
- Manage HR data, audits, and reporting
- Lead a small HR Ops team and act as the ops SPOC
