Objective of the Role:

We are looking for top-notch SDET with 1 - 4 years of experience, who will deliver on key initiatives, starting from the ideation phase all the way to development and product delivery

You Will :

• Development of iOS/Android test automation on mobile test harnesses
• Develop and enhance to the existing automation scripts, tools and framework using Java, TestNG and Appium
• Execute automated test plans and regression tests for iOS/Android applications
• Define testing strategies and scope for user stories and technical development tasks
• Provide estimates on testing efforts to Product and Engineering team members
• Maintain and improve the test coverage and ratio of automated test
• Advocate Automated Testing and CI/CD methodology, review and advise testing methods and best practices
• Identify, investigate, report, and track defects
• Deliver high-quality features and infrastructure to production
• Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and testing disciplines
• Able to work under minimal supervision and quick to adopt new technologies
• Work collaboratively across multiple teams
• Communicate all concerns and status with SQA manager on timely manner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience
• A track record of improving quality
• 1+ years of test automation experience with expertise in iOS/Android app testing
• Experience on TestNG, Java, Appium, XCUITest with expertise in programming skills using Java
• Experience in Selenium webdriver, Experience using Xcode instruments
• Experience using BrowserStack or similar for app automation
• Expertise in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Expertise in test design, test automation frameworks, and scripting tests
• Experience with MongoDB
• Experience with Git, DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Good knowledge of data warehouses, data lakes and ETL pipelines (AWS, Athena, Redshift Spectrum, Postgres, SQL, etc) is a plus
• API Automation testing experience using JEST, Mocha, REST Assured or similar frameworks is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written a must
• Experience with Scrum methodologies and remote teams is a plus!

Position: Finance Lead

As a Finance Lead, you will be expected represent the company’s financial statements in the most accurate manner for taking appropriate marketing decisions and understanding the P&L status of the organisation

Responsibilities:

MIS (Internal & External)

1. Collate the incoming revenues through all sources namely sales, renewals, supplement sales, Ecommerce sales and keep the revenue data update on a timely basis.
2. Collate all the expenses and outgoings in an organised manner.
3. Ensure that all expenses/outgoings are properly supported by invoices and necessary approvals.
4. Prepare and maintain Profit and Loss (P&L) accounts and analyze financial performance.
5. Prepare and publish MIS reports for management, founders, investors and other stakeholders to support decision making.

Payments & Compliances

1. Ensure timely payouts to Doctors/Vendors.
2. Ensure timely Statutory payments like TDS, PF, PT and filing of GST /TDS returns etc.
3. Verify the revenues earned by Sales and Services team for disbursing their incentives.
4. Advise and ensure legal compliances with respect to Company's business.

Budgeting and Forecasting

1. Periodically prepare Revenue and Expenses estimates and assist in Budgeting and forecasting.
2. Conduct Revenue and cost analysis and advise on burn reduction and business process efficiencies.

Audits

1. SPOC for internal and External audits and ensure correctness of data at all times.

Dashboards

1. Publish monthly Dashboards for investors founders and marketing team’s review and decision making.

Vendor & Inventory Management

1. Coordinate with vendors on stock procurement, inventory replenishment, invoice verification, account reconciliations, payment follow-ups, and resolution of inventory and operational issues.
2. Manage inventory records, monitor stock movements, perform periodic inventory reconciliations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.

Miscellaneous

1. SPOC for all Bank related.
2. Coordinate with external accounting firm, and CA firm.
3. Will be incharge for all Finance related and such other tasks assigned by the founders.

Qualifications:

• BCom is mandatory. MCom will be preferred
• At least 3 of experience corporate experience
• Proficient in Excel, knowledge of CRM tools
• Keeping abreast of all relevant taxation related rules
• Experience of working in startups would be preferred Top of Form Bottom of Form

AutoScheduler is looking for a remote Front-End Full-Stack Developer to join our talented team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is interested in constant learning. We want this person to join our dynamic team as we take an established software and re-develop it from scratch as a part of a new start up.

We are looking for a Front-End developer responsible for rebuilding the back-end and front-end components of the AutoScheduler user interface. Your primary responsibilities will be to design and develop these applications and services, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, robust design, and quality product is essential.
