Facade Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop facade concepts, details, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integration.
• Prepare 2D/3D models, renderings, and specifications for facade systems.
• Research and recommend materials, finishes, and sustainable technologies.
• Review shop drawings, prototypes, and mock-ups for compliance with design intent.
• Provide technical support during tendering, procurement, and construction phases.

 Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit.
• Strong knowledge of facade materials (glass, aluminum, stone, composites).
• Understanding of building physics and envelope performance.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission seeking to   accomplish set goals and objectives
• Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database
• Make calls to clients and respond to callback requests
• Email & WhatsApp conversations with potential leads
• Make potential leads understand our courses
• Convert potential leads into customers
• Learning & using our customer relations management software & others

● Work in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Module providing Sales and Operations solutions to different local and international Business Development Unit and clients.

● Fulfills tasks set out by the Management, specifically from the office of the Business Development Director;

Requirements:

• Should have strong experience in Automation testing, developing, and executing test cases.
• Should have strong experience in Selenium with Java & Cucumber framework. 
• Should have a good amount of experience working with Mobile Application testing using Appium
• Hands-on experience in CI/CD tools (setting up jobs) like Jenkins
• Good knowledge of software testing life cycle: Test planning, Test design and execution, Defect Management, and Test Reporting.
• Hands-on experience in Functional, Regression, System, and UAT Testing. 
• Good exposure to both Web and Mobile Automation Testing. 
• Excellent defect finding, debugging, and root cause analysis capabilities.
