Job Responsibilities

As a Quality Analyst Engineer, you will be expected to:

· Thoroughly analyze project requirements, design specifications, and user stories to understand the scope and objectives.

· Arrange, set up, and configure necessary test environments for effective test case execution.

· Participate in and conduct review meetings to discuss test plans, test cases, and defect statuses.

Execute manual test cases with precision, analyze results, and identify deviations from expected behavior.

· Accurately track, log, prioritize, and manage defects through their lifecycle, ensuring clear communication with developers until resolution.

· Maintain continuous and clear communication with the Test Manager and development team regarding testing progress, roadblocks, and critical findings.

· Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive test documentation, including:

o Detailed Test Plans

o Well-structured Test Cases for various testing processes

o Concise Summary Reports on test execution and defect status

o Thorough Test Data preparation for test cases

o "Lessons Learned" documents based on testing inputs from previous projects

o "Suggestion Documents" aimed at improving overall software quality

o Clearly defined Test Scenarios

· Clearly report identified bugs to developers with precise steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results, facilitating efficient defect resolution

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for trading applications.

- Work with product owners and business analysts to understand and write the acceptance test cases.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and create test plans.

- Perform regression, performance, and end to end testing to ensure software reliability.

- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.

- Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks for both frontend and backend.

- Report on coverage, functionality, defect aging, closure reports to the stakeholders so that they know the stability of releases.

- Integrate automation cases into CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven 5+ Years experience in automation testing for web and backend applications.

- Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright).

- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, RestAssured).

- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Understanding of basic SQL queries to validate data in the databases

- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Prior experience with trading applications or core financial services related applications is a big plus

Essential Duties & Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 Telephony, some Network support, and

escalations from Level

• Technical support for phone systems (PBX on-prem and Cloud based), network issues (Internal and ISP), SIP issues etc.

• Understanding of Network Support for Switching, Wireless and routers

• Log tickets and assist end users with technical queries, or escalate to the appropriate team

• Deployment, implementation, and ongoing support of telephony

solutions/systems with assistance of onsite tech team

• Ability to trouble-shoot and partner with other teams remotely for

resolution

• Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution

• Involvement in scoping replacement or implementation options for client proposals

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years working in a Help Desk or IT support environment

• 2-3+ years of phone system/PBX experience

• 2-3+ years of SIP experience

• 2-3+ years of Network troubleshooting experience for LAN/WAN

• Some desirable telephony qualifications or experience in any of the

following: Ericsson-LG Aria iPECS, 3CX, Avaya, Cisco Webex, Asterisk

(Training will be provided on major solutions that we use)

• Understanding of networking along with experience in any of the following: HPE Aruba, HPE, Cisco,, Meraki, Juniper, Cambium, Fortinet

• Excellent verbal and written skills to both customers and internal staff

• Proactively identify and resolve problems, using documented or

researched answers and providing resources to other IT staff and users

• Organizational and prioritization skills

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new job-related tasks

• Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere as well as alone

depending on shift placement.

• Being responsible for pre and post shipment documentation: Invoice/ Packing list, Executing post shipment documents as per the terms of the export order, preparing BRC, etc.
• Planning and coordinating with the team as well as various vendors for the timely delivery of orders.
• Ensuring that shipments are in compliance with all laws and regulations. You need to be well updated with the various export laws.

• The candidate should have 4+ years of experience in developing International sales as well as export documentation.
• Good contact base in various countries of Distributors
• Good contact base in various countries of Buyers
• Good contact base in various countries of Chain Stores
• The Candidate should carry analytical thinking as he/she is expected to work with sales data.
• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
• Ability to handle overseas Buyers, CHA & Transporters independently.
• Experience in Pre- & Post Export Documentation.
• Very well versed in MS Word & MS Excel.
• Having experience in Digital Marketing will be preferred.

• Install, configuration management, performance tuning and monitoring of Web, App and Database servers.
• Install, setup and management of Java, PHP and NodeJS stack with software load balancers.
• Install, setup and administer MySQL, Mongo, Elasticsearch & PostgreSQL DBs.
• Install, set up and maintenance monitoring solutions for like Nagios, Zabbix.
• Design and implement DevOps processes for new projects following the department's objectives of automation.
• Collaborate on projects with development teams to provide recommendations, support and guidance.
• Work towards full automation, monitoring, virtualization and containerization.
• Create and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations.
• Automation of processes in a scalable and easy to understand way that can be detailed and understood through documentation.
• Develop and deploy software that will help drive improvements towards the availability, performance, efficiency, and security of services.
• Maintain 24/7 availability for responsible systems and be open to on-call rotation.
