Who you are?

We are looking for a strong Project Manager in our Remote/India office to help drive strategy to execution for Optimiser Platform. This person will partner closely with engineering and product leadership around the globe to build outstanding AI platform services. He/She will collaborate with the Client service team on requirements, business value scoring and success metrics. The Project Lead drives the requirement gathering process that accurately reflects business needs which includes: risk and impact analyses, “as is” and “to be” process documentation, agnostic of a specific technical solution. The Project Lead reviews technical solutions for compliance to business processes and objectives. Project Lead may contribute to UI / UX, solution designs, testing plans and execution, as well as involve in training, solving and review the project management aspects to address business and operational needs.

Educational Qualification :

Technical expertise required :

  1. a) Meeting clients to understand their CRM and process requirements.
  2. b) Work as a team member for system requirements definition process and system setup during implementation.
  3. c) Re-engineer business processes to ensure accurate CRM roll-out.
  4. d) Creating and managing the project schedule, participating in performance standards discussions.
  5. e) Translating client requirements into system configuration and custom developments and prepares an achievable delivery schedule.
  6. f) Coordinating with departments to ensure delivery.

 

Desired Proficiency :

  1. a) Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skill.
