Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate People Manager to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for supporting the People Manager in managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring employee engagement, and driving talent development initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people management and a strong ability to foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees to address concerns, resolve issues, and offer guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Employee Onboarding: Oversee the complete onboarding process and ensure proper documentation for new employees.
• Performance Management: Assist with the performance review process, offering feedback and supporting the development of improvement plans.
• Employee Offboarding: Manage the entire process for voluntary and involuntary exits, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Internal Transfers and Conversions: Handle full-time conversions and internal transfers for employees.
• Employee Engagement: Support initiatives designed to boost employee morale, including organizing events, conducting surveys, and facilitating team-building activities.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, monitor attendance, track leave balances, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Conflict Resolution: Aid in resolving conflicts and fostering effective communication between employees and management.
• HR Reporting: Produce HR-related reports to track employee performance, engagement, and other critical metrics for management.
• HR Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and communicate updates effectively to employees.

Who You Are

• Experience with development and/or debugging MMP partner SDK's like AppsFlyer, Branch etc. will be a big plus

The Supply Quality infrastructure(SQI) team builds large-scale real-time transactional solutions, batch and stream processing systems, internet scale crawling solutions and storage infrastructure. We process bid requests in the orders of tens of billions per day with our real-time, batch and stream processing systems. To handle data at this scale, we use cutting-edge open source technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Redis etc.. We are not tied to one technology. Instead, we use what is best suited for the purpose. All of our systems tend to be loosely coupled, communicating using synchronous and asynchronous messaging, leading to a classic distributed processing architecture. All our systems need to also implement complex machine learning and optimization algorithms at scale.

The team will own building highly available, efficient and low latency internet scale infrastructure including web-scale crawler, contextual processing and classification systems that will be used across multiple advertising use cases. Overview:

This is a pivotal position for a dynamic, experienced and motivated individual who will lead initiatives as they relate to Netsuite ERP and other financial systems (if any). Collaborating internally with members of the financial/business functions, external consultants and others teams, this person will be responsible for understanding requirements and translating them into action i.e. perform customizations, resolve user issues, and define processes within NetSuite. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day NetSuite operation, maintenance, and support tasks.
• Monitor and maintain the health of the platform, including scheduled jobs, and integrations.
• Write complex queries to support projects and approved reporting requests.
• Develop Reports and Dashboards on Netsuite.
• Develop import templates and perform manual imports when an integrated solution is not an option.
• Convert functional / business requirements into technical NetSuite solutions.
• Work with third party developers to create or enhance existing custom solutions.
• Act as a liaison to NetSuite Support and Advanced Customer Support regarding platform issues.
• Support system enhancement projects, new functionality roll-outs and modifications of existing functionality.
• Perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews and post-implementation support.

• Maintain proper system access for all roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, MIS or related field. Relevant work experience considered.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification or 2+ years of NetSuite Administration with 4+ years working in Finance/accounting systems administration experience is required.
• Strong understanding of business processes, with a preference towards Accounting and Supply Chain.
• Proficient with advanced saved searches, reporting, custom forms, custom fields, and workflows.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with all levels of the business.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
• Strong sense for detail, accuracy and problem solving.
