About the Role:
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in the banking or fintech domain to join our team at Stitch, Chennai. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and feasibility studies.
- Support testing phases by validating requirements and ensuring UAT readiness.
- Coordinate with project managers to monitor timelines and deliverables.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, payments, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project documentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and Visio (or similar).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA are an added advantage.
We are looking for driven and detail-oriented Business Analysts to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving product implementations for our Lending solutions. You will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of lending products and gain in-depth knowledge of Stitch’s solutions.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients and translate business needs into clear, structured documentation such as Business Solution Documents (BSDs), ser stories, test cases, etc.
- Work closely with the technology team to ensure accurate knowledge transfer and alignment on implementation plans.
- Act as the single point of contact for the customer throughout the implementation lifecycle, owning timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – including training end-users and guiding them through the UAT process.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth go-live.

- To ANALYZE Business Requirements end-to-end & Documenting Requirements

- Specify acceptance criteria for features and user stories to ensure delivery of requirements that meet or exceed the business needs
- Create wireframe prototypes, Mockups and documenting them using Visio or similar tools
- Document requirements by creating use cases, functional and requirement specifications documents
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation of the product capabilities
- Own the Product backlog, elaborating and prioritizing user stories to be included in the backlog
