The individual will work on the MLEG Program facilitating business requirements from sites that plan to engage and move forward with the implementation of MLEG IT Tools and processes. Work will also include business value analysis for sites, programs and IT Tools. Create Investment Proposals for new projects and updated scopes while ensuring the functionalities of the new system/process meet business needs
In partnership with the business and IT leadership, Business Readiness is responsible to apply methodologies and tools to identify and manage the people side of change (IT systems, process, behaviors) to achieve a business result.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Handle end-to end project planning and management of Software projects in e-commerce and retail industries.
- Create and present the project plans using Jira / MPP to clients and the internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Technical Architects / Technical Leads / Business Analyst / Quality Assurance for estimation of the ongoing / upcoming projects.
- You will be responsible for the High Level timeline and Milestones for the project.
- Manage resource requirements and utilization for the project. Forecast utilization and work with the management for proper resource allocation and skill alignment.
- Closely interact with the clients to communicate and align on the Project plans / scope / workflow / project execution etc.
- Track the execution of the sprints against the project plan to ensure we are meeting the scheduled deadlines / milestones. Propose solutions in case there are timeline risks.
- Responsible for the Change Management process from the identification of the change request to estimation, approval, planning and final execution of the change request.
