Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls and onboard new customers to expand business.
• Work with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to optimize freight schedules.
• Negotiate and secure the best rates while maintaining strong profit margins.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers.
• Resolve freight discrepancies efficiently and ensure smooth transactions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with multiple carriers.

• Lead, Design, develop, and maintain full-stack, web-based applications, and toolchains.
• Design and develop internal and external business systems/applications, systems interfaces, databases,
• reporting, or business functionality
• Work with development and BA teams and project manager to ideate software solutions
• Participate in client communication & effort estimations for new projects/feature development.
• Translate business and functional requirements into documented technical specifications
• Utilize development skills to build (code) new systems functionality per technical specifications, with deliverables to include code builds and automated unit tests
• Perform Code Reviews for all code written by the other developers, review code for team and industry standards compliance, and provide feedback to developers.

• 4+ years of experience in web development (PHP 7+ / JS / MySQL / Symfony 4+ / Rabbit MQ /Docker / Redis and other frameworks).
• Good understanding of OOP principles and their use in practice.
• Experience in building CRM systems is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems would be a plus
• Knowledge and experience with Node.js will be a plus.

The Role

The customer experience team at GLINT is looking for an "sales executive" who is passionate and self driven in reaching out the leads and driving customers and financial growth for the company. 

What will you do here ?

1. Sourcing new sales opportunities by connecting with inbound leads via calls, chats and if required, via emails. 
2. Taking care of the entire onboarding process from reaching out to leads, conversation by closing sales and onboarding them into our system. 
3. Pro-actively involve in cross selling and upselling of GLINT services by understanding the customer requirements. 
4. Taking ownership on achieving both financial and onboarding targets. 
5. Closely working with the growth team by providing keysights on the quality of the leads.
