Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 3–4 Years (as BDM)

Industry Exposure: Corporate Gifting, Digital Marketing, ATL & BTL Events, and advertising company experience preferred  

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate gifting, digital marketing, and event activation (ATL & BTL) domains.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure business growth and repeat engagement.
• Prepare and deliver customized business proposals and presentations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through effective lead conversion and account management.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential business leads, partnerships, and growth trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Proven minimum experience of 3–4 years as a Business Development Manager in the above-mentioned industries.

·        Experience in corporate gifting, marketing, or event management domains.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent client handling and relationship-building abilities.

The candidate shall be responsible for:

• Assisting the leadership team in conducting & taking lead in industry research, market mapping and preparing mandate pitches.
• The candidate will be part of an end‐to‐end deal making cycle for multiple sell‐ side/ buy-side mandates.
• Strong interest and awareness of the markets, investment activities, key players in their respective sector. • Strong understanding of financial statements
• Independently prepare deal collaterals like IM, model, teasers, pitchbooks etc.
• Lead deal cycle and act as primary touch point – (data-rooms, due-diligence, transaction documents, meetings etc.)
• Extremely high proficiency in PowerPoint and excel. • Over the years, candidates should aspire to move up the ladder, with the growing organization in building up and leading own teams independently.
• Indian market experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum 01-year front-end IB experience OR 02 years, back-end investment banking experience.
• Graduate in any discipline / MBA (preference to rank holding or pedigree institute) / CA.

•Experience in Industrial IB or Tech & IT services IB.

• Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in graphic designing
• Experience in designing/ developing e-learning courses
• Experience working with an LMS and course development software
• Excellent English and Hindi written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with a team and stakeholders at various levels of hierarchy
• Creativity
• Self-driven with the ability to work without constant supervision
• Experience in Graphic Design software - Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Sketch, Corel draw, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Masters or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related discipline is NOT MANDATORY. Skills and passion to build products that people love are mandatory. :)
• Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
• Full-stack experience working with backend programming languages as we believe engineers can do anything and everything and so everyone at Emitrr works full-stack.
• Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it (such as Express, StrongLoop, etc depending on your technology stack)
• Good understanding of React.js and its core principles with experience with working on popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Experience in building performant mobile apps in iOS or Android on react native is a plus

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company. Using JavaScript, HTML, Angular and CSS, this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design. 

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
• Strong experience in Angular UI Framework,
• Should have strong knowledge of understanding and debugging Angular application with chrome developer tools.
• Must be able to convert Design/ Wireframe into a functional site
• Must be able to Perform unit testing with Jasmine and Protractor (Good to have)
• Detailed experience with coding and the ability to troubleshoot and analyse websites using HTML, CSS, and comparable languages
• Must have experience GIT in version control
• Ensure that the website is optimized for various devices with mobile responsiveness.
• Understanding of key design principles.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI development
• Work with other developers and designers to ensure that the website is functional and visually appealing.
• Good team player.
• Liaise with the client to gauge their needs and expectations.
• Plan the layout and Architecture of the website.
