Key Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive manual test cases for our e-commerce platform

Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright

Work with AI-based testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage

Identify, document, and track bugs throughout the testing lifecycle

Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues

Participate in sprint planning and review meetings

Create and maintain testing documentation

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on software testing experience

Strong manual testing skills with attention to detail

Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium or Playwright)

Familiarity with AI-based testing tools and approaches

Understanding of e-commerce platforms and their testing requirements

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Experience with agile testing methodologies

Position: Sustainability Manager (Carbon accounting, ESG) – Apparel Retail

The Manager – Sustainability will drive the company environmental agenda by championing the protection and preservation of natural resources. This role plays a key leadership part in developing and executing a comprehensive sustainability strategy.

Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):

·        Expert knowledge in sustainability and climate-related initiatives - net neutrality, MSCI/DJSI indices, net-zero targets, climate risk, ESG impact assessment

·        Experienced in performing or assessing quantification and calculations for scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and LCA studies.

·        Prepare proposals and project scope for Plan A projects for different parts of the business – Sustainability and CSR

·        Execute carbon emissions/inventory projects & CSR projects with stakeholders in alignment with goals.

·        Ability to analyze and review process documentation, create standard operating procedures & internal controls for the purpose of carbon accounting.

·        Develop and identify projects which are on carbon neutrality for ongoing emissions.

·        Benchmarking exercises with industry frameworks, and leading global practices

·        Stay up to date on industry trends and reporting frameworks – Domestic and International

·        Manage Qualitative and quantitative reporting for top management (India and UK) on analysis of ESG progress.

Key Requirement:

·        Effective Communication and problem resolution skills

·        Familiar with Carbon accounting, ESG

·        Hands-on experience in leading successful implementation of net neutral practices

·        Proficient in working on Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint Presentation)

·        Highly flexible and quick learner to adopt and apply new methodology/approach.

• Mandatory - Hands on experience in Python and PySpark.

• IBM Cloud Pack- API Connect Developer:

• Data Power virtual appliance on Docker containers within Kubernetes cluster.

• setup API Connect Cloud manage

• setup Portal and analytics endpoints for the APIs to give more data analytics to the application teams.

• Register and troubleshoot Gateway Service with API Connect Gateway object on Data Power appliance

• Configure Mutual Authentication mechanism by creating Identification Credentials and Validation credentials to validate the server certificates

• Create organizations in API Connect to provide the architecture to create APIs using API connect manager

• Ability to create spaces and products on APIC and support multiple teams using them

• Knowledge of concepts and implementation of these on APIC – JWT, Bearer, Basic AUTH

• Integration with LDAP and troubleshooting

• WTX, COBOL Copybook, XML, XSL, Gateway scripting

• Networking concepts and integration with AWS concepts like VPC, NLB, etc
