JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring an enthusiastic Business Development Executive with excellent communication and persuasion skills. As a BDE, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to start their careers in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Becoming familiar with the company’s products and services.
- Attracting new clients through direct contact and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Researching to find and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Developing and implementing new sales strategies to grow the business.
- Maintaining and updating sales and business development reports.
- Helping the marketing department with promotional projects.
- Negotiating with clients to secure deals at attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients’ feedback and making necessary changes
- Learn about the product and services of the company.
- Acquire new clients by selling our products.
- Meet the quarterly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and events on the company’s behalf.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Negotiate with clients and give them the best deals.
- Compile and analyze data to identify trends.
- Keep records of sales and revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Any Bachelor’s degree (BTech, BCA, BE) preferred.
- Prior experience as a business development executive.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying new business opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to convince potential clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Extensive presentation skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.

Job Description:
- Managing the software Product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Translate software product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Write requirements typically as user stories and Mockups
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
- Assess and address technical risks and define success criteria for testing and product acceptance
- Creation and maintenance of proper product documentation to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps
- Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
- Collaborate with the tech team to create strategies by which technology will be developed or adapted to meet market needs
- Act as liaison between Sales, Client Services, Marketing Support, and Technology teams to support customer demand as part of new product development.
Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Product Manager managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Good knowledge of SDLC and Ability to drive the creation and modification of key documents across Zessta
- Moderately technical with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers to understand product issues and drive the team toward resolution.
- Subject matter expert on Competitive analysis and technical challenges
- Strong knowledge of web development platforms, databases, and infrastructure.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities with the ability to think outside of the box strongly desired.
- Working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology.
- Work well under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary.
- Understand best practices and stay informed about the competition.
- Have experience working on hierarchies (Customer, Product, Developers, UI/UX). Work on data unification and standardization.
- Project management skills to understand project plans
