Key Responsibilities:

Customization and Automation

• Understand MyOperator’s business requirements and customize Zoho tools like CRM, Recruit, and People to streamline processes.
• Develop custom functions, workflows, and blueprints using Deluge scripting for dynamic functionality.
• Automate repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency across Zoho tools.

Integration and Collaboration

• Configure integrations between Zoho tools (e.g., CRM, Creator, People) and third-party systems like telephony, WhatsApp, SMS, and email platforms.
• Ensure seamless interconnectivity of Zoho applications using Zoho Flow and advanced scripting.

Application Development

• Design and implement mobile and desktop apps using Zoho Creator with dynamic functionality and user-friendly interfaces.
• Define and conduct system testing to ensure high-quality implementations.

Data and Reporting

• Build and maintain custom modules, dashboards, and analytics reports in Zoho Analytics.
• Perform data migrations, ensuring accuracy and reliability across systems.

Support and Training

• Provide training and support to MyOperator teams to maximize Zoho’s potential.
• Document processes and stay updated on Zoho’s latest features and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Flow, People, Analytics, and Recruit).
• Expertise in Deluge scripting for creating workflows and automations.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience integrating Zoho tools with third-party applications.
• Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize business processes.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
• Experience in agile environments and tools like Jira.
• Background in customer support or consulting roles.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design & build test harnesses for Automation Testing.
• Design test automation framework and develop the new test automation libraries; Should be very much hands on with tools like Selenium, Appium etc.
• Design & execute Regression Test Pack using frontend & backend test scripts.
• Design and Develop the Automated solution for Sanity Testing for various repeatable tests.
• Implement QA process and Automated testing for all the workstreams to improve the overall testing cycle
• Participate in the development and support of the testing program aimed at supporting multiple testing efforts simultaneously.
• Be a part of an ongoing effort to bring new testing knowledge into the team.
• Assist with test plan articulation, planning, and management of individual testing events.
• Utilize appropriate testing tools for both front-end and back-end Quality Assurance.
• Identify testable events and develop the test cases/test scripts.
• Identify and capture test data to support the test cases defined by the testing team.
• Leverage the testing process and test tool kit to create reusable test assets.

Key Requirements:

• 2-4 years experience of relevant Industry experience. 
• Good understanding of QA methodology, automation expertise, and ability to code
• Experience with Selenium-Web driver, Selenium Grid, Selenium Page Object Model, Page Factory concept
• Experience in designing and implementing test frameworks (like Data driven, Keyword driven or Hybrid along with custom reporting) and strategy for choosing automated testing tools
• Awareness of OO programming (Classes/Methods, etc.)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Must possess critical thinking skills in addition to good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to function in a demanding environment;
• Ability to assume the perspective of customers and their users and serve as their advocates
• Experience in Appium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, Karate would be an added advantage.

2. Review functional and design specifications to ensure a complete understanding of the system
3. Take ownership of the end-to-end system and take all requirements, issues, and enhancements to closure single-handedly
4. Mobile testing experience with strong basics, understanding of testing and shipping releases on these platforms - iOS, Android, and Web
5. Prior experience in creating optimal test strategy - functional, non-functional, analytics, and automation
6. Experience with relational database and SQL queries
7. Sharp analytical abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Experience writing code in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C#

• Experience in front-end or back-end software development for UNIX or LINUX
• Experience with .Net and AngularJS / React / Vue frameworks
• Experience with database management and security a plus

Responsibilities: ·         

• Develop comprehensive product documentation that meets global standards.         
• Work with Engineering team to create Product Technical documentation, Knowledgebase, API Documentation.     
• Work with Product Management team to create Product User Guides, FAQs, Support Knowledgebase etc.         
• Work with Technical & Marketing teams to create content for Technical Blogs, White Papers, Product Comparisons, Case Studies etc.      
• Periodically review existing documentation and update them for Product Releases, prepare Release Notes. 
• Obtain a deep understanding of products to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.     

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field.
• 2-8 years’ experience as an effective technical writer for products in the Cloud Computing Industry.
• Proven ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and create easily understandable text and pictures.
• Understanding of Cloud Concepts and experience in creating related documentation is a must.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working with engineering to improve user experience and create visuals for technical support content.
• Experience working with video (screen capture) creation tools for user documentation.
• Understanding of REST APIs and ability to do simple checks using Postman or similar tools.
• Experience using Wordpress and other similar tools to create documentation.
