We are seeking a dynamic and proactive On-Field Sales Executive to drive business growth through direct B2B client interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, showcasing tech-driven offerings, and converting leads into business wins.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Client Visits
· Conduct regular visits to prospective clients to present and demonstrate the company’s product suite, including cloud solutions, AI-based communication tools, and sales automation platforms.
· Customize product presentations based on client needs and business context.
Sales Conversions
· Follow up on warm leads generated by telesales, inbound marketing, or referrals.
· Guide prospects through the decision-making process toward closure.
· Finalize sales independently or transition them to senior sales representatives when needed.
Business Development
· Identify and generate new leads through field prospecting, networking, and participation in local business events.
· Develop and maintain strategic partnerships that align with the organization’s offerings.
Reporting & CRM Management
· Maintain detailed daily visit logs and client interactions in the CRM system.
· Monitor personal progress against weekly and monthly sales targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with marketing, telesales, and product teams to align strategies and address client requirements.
· Provide field feedback to enhance marketing materials and outreach messaging.
Qualifications and Skills
· Experience: 1–3 years in B2B field sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, cloud, or AI-based solutions.
· Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
· Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory; regional languages are a plus.
· Presentation Skills: Confident in delivering product demonstrations and simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
· Tech Familiarity: Basic understanding of cloud computing, AI tools, and IT platforms.
· Mobility: Willingness to travel daily within Gurugram and occasionally to nearby regions.
· Soft Skills: Energetic, persuasive, punctual, target-driven, and resilient.
