Job Description 

Senior Software Engineer specialized in React Native requires detailing the 

responsibilities, required skills, qualifications, and other attributes. 

 We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Software Engineer 

specializing in React Native to join our dynamic team.​

 The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application 

development, with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-centric applications 

for both iOS and Android platforms.​

 As a Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the full development 

lifecycle of our applications, from concept to deployment and beyond. 

Key Responsibilities: 

 Design and develop scalable, robust, and maintainable mobile applications 

using React Native.​

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, back-end 

developers, product managers) to define, design, and ship new features.​

 Ensure code quality, organization, and automatization, adhering to best 

practices in coding standards and software design.​

 Participate in full lifecycle of a project, including development, unit testing, 

system testing and change management.​

 Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.​

 Troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve issues within the mobile applications.​

 Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, frameworks, and best 

practices in mobile development.​

 Research technical issues and provides recommendations to enhance 

overall performance of the products.​

 Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s knowledge-sharing 

efforts. 

Qualifications: 

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.​

 3-4 years of professional experience in mobile application development, 

with a strong focus on React Native.​

 Proven track record of developing and deploying high-quality mobile 

applications on both iOS and Android platforms.​

 Deep understanding of React Native and its core principles, along with a 

proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.​

 Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).​

 Familiarity with Advance topic like RN bridging and integration of native 

module ( Swift and Kotlin)​

 Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect React Native applications to back-

end services.​

 Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web 

Token.​

 Understanding of mobile app design guidelines (iOS Human Interface 

Guidelines and Material Design).​

 Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha.​

 Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. 

Educational Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

We’re looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to join our growing engineering team to help build and maintain HappyFox’s product offerings.

• You will implement product features by writing clean, robust, reusable code with tests.
• You’ll work alongside the Product, Design, and, Backend Engineering teams to iterate on new features within HappyFox products.

Job Description:

• Strong in Vue.js or React.js, HTML, HTML5, DOM(Document Object Model) concepts
• Must know Nuxt.JS a Vue Framework.
• CSS3, SASS, SCSS, Bootstrap 4, Webpack, Box Modelling, Grid System
• Responsive Design, Cross browser/device development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript
• OOJS - Object-oriented JavaScript
• NPM/YARN Representation 
• REST API knowledge
• Modular programming, Use of NPM Components

Your Responsibilities:

• Own the backend stack – Python based, that powers our product

• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Backend Developers(Node.js), Front-end developers, DevOps to design and implement new features
• Build and maintain several Backend Jobs and REST’ful Services which will be used internally in a Macroservices/Distributed services environment.
• Deploy and monitor the Jobs and endpoints ensuring availability and scalability(ability to handle 100X data processing load)
• Work on full project lifecycle starting from requirements gathering/understanding the problem to deploying and maintaining the project.

Skills that you bring Along:

• A minimum 8+ years of extensive work experience with Python and related frameworks – particularly Flask.
• Extensive experience in designing and scheduling backend Python jobs
• Hands on working in different file formats like Json, Parquet, csv etc. coming from Data Science side.
• Extensive experience with databases such as Postgres and Mongo.
• Extensive experience in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS based) – e.g. AWS API Gateway, Lambda Functions etc.
• Experience with cache like Redis and/or Memory cache
• Good experience in Microservices/Macroservices or Event driven Architectures
• Good experience with design patterns
• Experience in writing advanced SQL-queries, good knowledge of PL/SQL
• Good understanding of Software Design Principles and domain-driven design
• Good experience with Continuous Delivery and Containerization(Docker)
• Good experience in designing and maintaining REST’ful API endpoints
• Ideally maintaining infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
• Ideally experience in parallel data processing and building end-to-end Data Pipelines using tools such as Airflow/Prefect and Spark/Dask
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple manner
