
Job Description:
- Managing the software Product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Translate software product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives

- 4+ years of experience as a Software Product Manager managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Good knowledge of SDLC and Ability to drive the creation and modification of key documents across Zessta
- Moderately technical with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers to understand product issues and drive the team toward resolution.
- Subject matter expert on Competitive analysis and technical challenges
- Strong knowledge of web development platforms, databases, and infrastructure.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities with the ability to think outside of the box strongly desired.
- Working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology.
- Work well under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary.
- Understand best practices and stay informed about the competition.
- Have experience working on hierarchies (Customer, Product, Developers, UI/UX). Work on data unification and standardization.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
