Responsibilities -

• Support analytics roadmap and strategy by ensuring that the landscape is mature, resilient, and flexible to meet the business requirements without deviating from the overall IT vision

• Collaborate with businesses to identify opportunities, and pain areas, incubate analytics product ideas and deliver analytics applications in a digital native manner

• Hold the analytics program together

• Manage the analytics vertical end to end from setting up a platform grounds (a data lake equivalent) and deliver business value through analytics for starters and gradually by bringing in intelligence in everything we do.

• Play a key role in transforming the company into an intelligent enterprise.

• Deliver analytics use cases that directly contributes to our top-line growth

• Be responsible for overall data hygiene, governance, monitoring of data pipelines and

continuously delivering business value through data

Requirements -

• 5 - 7 years experience in a similar role

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ analytics

• Master’s degree (business administration/equivalent) with a focus on Analytics, data science

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Good networking skills

• Thrives in a dynamic, unstructured environment and transcends job boundaries and descriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engagement strategies and content calendar for official online communities/groups on platforms like instagram, facebook, twitter & more
• Drive partnerships & collaboration with relevant online communities, superusers & social media influencers
• Work with product, creative, content & brand partnerships teams to develop member messaging for new campaigns, features, and product launches
• Create social engagement playbook/guidelines for community moderators
• Track & report trending topics and sentiment & feedback among the member community across all channels (social media, reviews, support, etc.) 

Qualifications:

• Graduate with at least 5 years experience in social media & community management
• Active and engaged participant in social media
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills to communicate effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with cross functional stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage/execute multiple ongoing projects
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs

Role:

• Understand complex business problems and implement product features that are secure, scalable, robust, and easy to implement and maintain.
• Take full ownership of product features to implement, provide bug fixes and write tests and tooling for those features to ensure they work well at cloud scale.
• Plan and identify solutions and risks proactively
• Own delivery of assigned work in terms of committed date, scope, and quality
• Remain at the cutting edge of technology trends and use them to solve emerging problems
• Identifying and leading technical initiatives independently towards planned outcomes

Job Requirement:          

• Strong experience in developing enterprise web applications.
• Expertise in the Microsoft technology stack (http://asp.net/">ASP.NET MVC 3.5 / 4.0 / 4.5, Web API, SQL Server).
• Good knowledge of Client-side scripting – JavaScript and JQuery, Kendo.
• Knowledge of design patterns is required
