
Job Description:
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for payment platforms.
- Collaborate with product owners and domain SMEs to define workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead functional workshops, event-storming, and sprint grooming sessions.
- Translate regulatory and business rules into implementable stories across payment lifecycle modules.
Domain requirements:
- Strong understanding of account-to-account payment flows, especially in ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, CHAPS, FPS, FedNow.
- Knowledge of clearing/settlement processes, exception handling, and regulatory requirements (NACHA, ISO 20022, PSD2).
- Experience working with payment hubs, onboarding systems, or banking platforms.
Technologies required:
- Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and Task management tools.
- Writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs with traceability.
- Familiarity with API specifications, Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Strong understanding of Agile practices – grooming, prioritization, backlog management.

What will you do?
