The Role
We’re hiring a customer support specialist in India. You’ll be the first point of contact for our users, solving issues quickly and making their experience smooth. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and success teams to improve the platform.
Fully remote. Open to candidates across India.
What You’ll Do
- Provide fast, clear support via chat, email, and video.
- Troubleshoot VoIP, integrations, and app/account issues.
- Help onboard new users.
- Document common issues and suggest improvements.
- Share feedback with product and engineering teams.
Requirements
Must-Have
- 1+ year in technical support, SaaS, or helpdesk.
- Basic understanding of VoIP or cloud-based tools.
- Strong English (written & verbal).
- Good problem-solving skills, reliable computer + internet.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar.
- Remote work experience in startups.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, networking, or dev tools.
