➔ Responsible for handling operations related to the backend by coordinating with vendors, customers & internal teams.

About the Role
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work directly at client sites across Mumbai, deploying, customizing, and supporting our AI-powered solutions. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and client relationships — you'll write/adapt code, configure AI systems on the ground, troubleshoot real-time issues, and translate technical concepts into simple language for clients.
