About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Executive who brings hands-on experience in gaming sales, In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by connecting with gaming companies, publishers, platforms, and studios across the globe.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role that blends strategic thinking with tactical execution. You’ll be at the forefront of expanding our presence in the evolving gaming industry and work closely with internal teams to shape customized solutions that cater to clients' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, approach, and connect with potential clients within the gaming space.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives, product managers, and decision-makers.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies that align with the company’s offerings, addressing industry pain points and business goals.

Consultative Selling: Understand each client's objectives and propose relevant product or service solutions that generate value and address challenges in the gaming ecosystem.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure alignment and successful onboarding of clients.

Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of your pipeline, opportunities, and outreach activities using CRM tools.

Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, new technologies, and gaming innovations to provide clients with insightful, up-to-date knowledge.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.

Who You Are:

You have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience,[GAME]

You’re deeply familiar with the gaming industry—you understand the business models, pain points, and emerging opportunities.

You’re a strong communicator and negotiator, able to translate technical ideas into compelling business pitches.

You’ve worked remotely before or are confident in thriving in a remote-first environment.

You have a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset—you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them.

You are comfortable engaging with international clients across time zones.

You’re passionate about emerging technology, gaming trends, and digital innovation.

Preferred Skills:

Existing network within the gaming industry

Experience using sales tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or Salesforce

Strong analytical skills to track ROI and optimize outreach strategy

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based backend services and APIs.
2. Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and QA to deliver high-quality software.
3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
4. Participate in system design, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
5. Optimize application performance and scalability.
6. Ensure secure and compliant backend services.
7. Troubleshoot and debug production issues as part of the on-call rotation.
8. Contribute to CI/CD and infrastructure automation efforts.

Domain knowledge: MERN/PERN stack (Mongo/PostgreSQL, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS)

Requirements:

• Academics (10th, 12th and Bachelors) > 70-75%
• Highly proficient in ReactJS, NodeJS (ExpressJS)
• Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL/MongoDB is a plus
• Should have expertise in developing data driven, responsive, modern web applications
• Aptitude to continuously learn new languages/concepts. Breadth of knowledge is required
• Strong fundamentals in programming concepts
• Knowledge of web development concepts and databases
• A really strong passion to towards technology
• Entrepreneurial attitude

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy and maintain IIoT platform used by the whole of Company
• Roll out similar IoT systems across the globe
• Understanding the functional domain deeply

Node.js Developer Responsibilities:

• Node.js backend development experience and Vue js frontend development experience.
• Must have knowledge of Node, Feathersjs, Vue, Vuetify, Vuex, Nuxt, Mapbox, THREE.js
• Connecting to and working with databases.(MongoDb)
• Good Experience with RESTful API.
• Good Experience with Javascript, ExpressJs
• Develop code based on the requirements individually.
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.

We are immediately looking for a highly creative individual who has the ability to create digital animation concepts for E-learning projects/campaigns. Will have to conceptualize & generate 'ideas'. Flash Animator would be working closely with Creative Head and Art Director to create engaging work across print & digital media.

• To design & develop a wide variety of animation shots for e-learning products.
• Design & createanimation videos and develop different kind of cartoon/character designing.
• Understand design/brand brief and coming up with visually inventive & original ideas and design (in line with client’s/brand’s objectives)
• Combine art and technology to communicate ideas through text, images and the layout. 
• Use a variety of design elements to achieve artistic or decorative effects.
• Make a strong, effective impact on learners to improve retention of information through the strong Illustration and flash animation skills.

• Thorough knowledge of Flash Animation, illustration with at least 2years of experience.
• Must have Professional knowledge of Character designing or related field required as normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts.
• Drawing skills and illustration.
• Have a results-driven mind set, understanding that your work should simultaneously be beautiful and highly
