About the Role

As a Product Operations Lead at EquityList, you’ll play a pivotal role in building scalable systems and processes that power our product and customer experience. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, maintaining data integrity, optimizing onboarding flows, and ensuring smooth operational execution across teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys solving process challenges, and wants to grow into a Product Leadership position.

What You’ll Do

• Streamline Customer Onboarding Flows:
• Own the backend of customer onboarding, from data migration to platform setup - ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

• Maintain Data Integrity:
• Manage and monitor customer and product data across systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Build Operational Systems:
• Design and document internal workflows, tools, and automations that improve visibility and efficiency across Product and CS teams.

• Be the Bridge Between Teams:
• Collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth execution of customer onboarding, migrations, and feature rollouts.

• Drive Product Insights:
• Collect, analyze, and present product usage data and feedback to help prioritize improvements and streamline product delivery.

• Optimize Processes Continuously:
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve product ops infrastructure and support rapid iteration in a startup environment.

• Contribute to Product Strategy:
• As you grow in the role, help shape and influence how the product team scales processes, systems, and customer onboarding experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• 4-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Product Analytics, preferably in a SaaS or B2B startup environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable with CXOs, founders, and functional leaders.

• Data driven; proficient with Excel and has working knowledge of writing SQL

• Highly organized, data-driven, and proactive problem solver.

• Entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy building systems and processes from scratch.

• High ownership, curiosity, and a bias for action in fast-paced environments.

• Knowledge of equity management, private markets, and startup operations is a plus.

Foreign Accounting experience compulsory (Night Shift)

Required Skills:

• Having experience on daily operations of the accounting in QuickBooks.
• Timesheets, Invoicing, Billing
• Month & Year-End Process.
• Accounts Payable/ receivable.
• Receipt & Payments.
• General Ledger
• Account Reconciliations
• Provide required accounting data and produce financial reports and statements
• Establish appropriate practices for collecting client financial information, analyzing, verifying, and reporting.

Requirements

• Overall 2-8 years of software development experience in building web-based and highly scalable applications 

• Excellent understanding of core computer science concepts like algorithms, data structure, system design, OOP, etc. 

• Deep knowledge and development expertise in Core Java and SpringBoot or other equivalent frameworks 

• Strong experience in HTML5 and CSS3 and should have basic experience in JS technologies

• Good knowledge of database concepts, having SQL writing experience, and familiarity with at least one of the relational databases

• Worked in a CI/CD environment with Jenkins

• Experience working in an agile team with software engineering practices like automated testing, test-driven development, continuous integration, etc is a big plus. 

• Ability to quickly learn and evaluate new technologies and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong oral and written communication.

The key aspects of this role: 

• Candidate with exceptional programming skills, problem-solving abilities and strong work  ethic. 
• The candidate has to work on custom programming and web application development for  Drupal. 
• Testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of existing company sites and resolving issues if  any. 
• Contributing ideas and efforts towards internal projects and working as part of a team to  find solutions on various problems. 
• Communicate technical ideas to business users and other teams (design, QA). • Collaborate with team members and to work independently when needed. • Eager to embrace current and emerging web technologies. 

To be the right fit, you'll need: 

• Experience of total 4+ years working on PHP and Drupal 7,8 Development (at least 2+ years  in Drupal 8) 
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, jQuery, HTML5, CSS 
• Experience with Drupal architecture, best practices and coding standards 
• Knowledge on Views, Services etc. 
• Experience in custom module and theme creation 
• Familiar with sub version control systems such as Git or SVN 
• Basic knowledge of environment setup for Linux distribution

• While working in a team environment, develop PowerApp applications to design document specifications.
• Provide estimates on a required effort to complete design documents.
• Anticipate risks and issues early and coming up with solutions.
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends and certifications while understanding how these relate to the services the company offers.

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Development experience, with at least 1-year PowerApp development experience
• PowerApps, Power Automate, REST API integration, Azure Functions, Integrations with Dataverse.
• An IT software development background with a minimum of 3 years of Software development experience
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Ability to provide technical advice and proven technical expertise in developing and building fit-for-purpose solutions.
