Customer Support Executive

Backend Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.

Your primary focus will be the development of all server side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

We are looking to recruit a candidate for a role that will require:

• Create and consume restful APIs
• Design, develop, and maintain internal and external applications
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules
• Write high quality, structured application/interface code and documentation
• Identify solutions through research and collaboration that resolves the root of problems as they arise
• Define functional and technical requirements for application software to develop skills and knowledge
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle

Requirement

∙ Proficient in Node.JS

∙ 2+ years’ experience designing, querying, and updating databases in MySQL/nosql 

∙ Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas

∙ Good to have knowledge of AWS, Redis, ElasticSearch

Education: Min. Graduate in related discipline

Work experience: 2 years relevant experience

We are looking to employ a driven and experienced area sales manager to increase sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of field sales representatives. The area sales manager's responsibilities include delivering presentations to potential and existing customers, evaluating the performance of the sales team, and preparing concise sales reports

What will you do?

• Act as senior level escalation point for technical remediation of incidents and service requests.
• Work as L2 resource in AWS Cloud infrastructure and system administration team providing technical support and resolving issues
• Troubleshoot technical issues faced which could be related to external interfaces, networking, application and Ubuntu configuration, IIS Configuration, Linux Servers etc.
• Resolving urgent and immediate requests by support team in a vibrant and demanding environment.
• Test upgrades and patches from development team prior to client rollout
• Document the Interface testing and other details, update and complete all handovers.
• Coordinate directly with on-site IT, vendors, off-site helpdesks over email or phone calls to complete technical assignments.
• Do audit of new implemented properties for initial few weeks and identify the repeated issues reported by property.

Technical Competencies you’ll possess:

• Strong Linux and Windows Administration skills
• In depth knowledge of the windows servers & Linux servers.
• Good understanding of AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Networking, Firewall, Infrastructure, SQL and IIS Configuration, Ubuntu Configurations and MySQL.
• Working knowledge of interfaces and integrations of systems.
• Enhanced troubleshooting skills.
• Possess a good understanding of Internet based technologies including DNS, Security, IP Routing,- SSH, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS, Email Routing, etc.

• Complete and end to end management of training and capability building of learners in each cohort and simultaneously running cohorts
• Deep analysis of weekly progress of each individual learner and planning of remediation
• Being a mentor and guide to each individual learner, driving their strengths and addressing skill gaps so each candidate progresses to our standard of excellence in capability
• Planning and ensuring holistic readiness of all learning infrastructure including courseware, platform, labs, projects, domain based contextual learning and business (soft) skills (with support from content and other functions and leadership teams)
• Managing a team of trainers and other resources such as training assistants for optimum resource utilization and delivering best quality industry-relevant training

• At least 10 years experience in training technical areas in computer science and data engineering or cloud
• Experience in managing trainers and managing training operations
• Clear and up to date understanding of job role requirements, talent requirements, especially in data driven technical job roles
• Strong delivery experience will be an added plus
