We are looking for a Senior UI & UX Designer capable of handling product design projects at a high level. You will work closely with both client and in-house product/design/dev teams on mid-to-long term projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with all aspects of UI & UX design, have excellent product thinking and problem-solving abilities, good written and verbal communication skills, and a keen aesthetic sense.

• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the projects you're assigned to.
• Producing high-quality design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Creating a distinctive UI language based on visual identity guidelines of the brands you're working with.
• Creating design systems for mobile and web products, along with visual design systems in the form of illustrated/photography-based graphics.
• Testing and evaluating designs and flows using various testing tools.
• Looking at user data and identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with the development team to ensure proper implementation of your designs.

• A portfolio of professional UI and UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• A thorough understanding of all stages of UI and UX design, with the ability to execute a project from start to finish.
• A basic understanding of various data and analytics tools like Google Analytics, MixPanel, Maze etc.
• Mastery over Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and some familiarity with basic motion graphics (After Effects).
• A good understanding of web and mobile technologies. You know how HTML, CSS, JS, iOS, and Android systems work, even if you can't code.
• The ability to be a team player, but you're comfortable working independently too.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Back-end Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code that enhances workflow organization and automates various internal processes within the organization. The role involves continuous improvement of our software solutions to save man-hours and ensure overall organizational efficiency. Key tasks include development, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and maintenance of both new and existing programs.

Key responsibilities:

1)    Software Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code/flows that automate internal processes and improve workflow efficiency.

2)    Testing and Maintenance: Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance of created or integrated programs.

3)    Adherence to Standards: Follow preferred development methodologies and adhere to organizational development standards.

4)    Team work: To work closely with other team members to ensure the successful implementation of projects. Maintain clear and concise documentation of code, APIs, and software components to aid in knowledge sharing and future development.

5)    Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest developments in the Python, RPA ecosystem and engage in best practices of software engineering.

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes

Key Responsibilities:

• Azure Cloud Sales & Solutioning: Lead Microsoft Azure cloud sales efforts across global regions, delivering solutions for applications, databases, and SAP servers based on customer requirements.
• Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor for customers, leading them through their cloud transformation by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable cloud solutions.
• Lead Generation & Cost Optimization: Generate leads independently, provide cost-optimized Azure solutions, and continuously work to maximize value for clients.
• Sales Certifications: Hold basic Microsoft sales certifications (Foundation & Business Professional).
• Project Management: Oversee and manage Azure cloud projects, including setting up timelines, guiding technical teams, and communicating progress to customers. Ensure the successful completion of project objectives.
• Cloud Infrastructure Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure and services, including migrations, disaster recovery (DR), and cloud budgeting.
• Billing Management: Manage Azure billing processes, including subscription-based invoicing, purchase orders, renewals, license billing, and tracking expiration dates.
• Microsoft License Sales: Expert in selling Microsoft licenses such as SQL, Windows, and Office 365.
• Client Collaboration: Schedule meetings with internal teams and clients to align on project requirements and ensure effective communication.
• Customer Management: Track leads, follow up on calls, and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and optimizing cloud resources. Provide regular updates on Microsoft technologies and programs.
• Field Sales: Participate in presales meetings and client visits to gather insights and propose cloud solutions.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with various internal departments to achieve project results and meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience selling or consulting with corporate/public sector/ enterprise customers on Microsoft Azure cloud.
• Proficient in Azure cost optimization, cloud infrastructure, and sales of cloud solutions to end customers.
• Experience in generating leads and tracking sales progress.
• Project management experience with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and customers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
