Job Responsibilities- SEO: Develop SEO strategy to drive high quality and relevant inbound traffic to website that converts. Perform keyword analysis, site audit, technical SEO audit, competitor analysis. Suggest improvements and implement them to boost search engine rankings. Keep a track of latest developments in the SEO field and implement new developments as required to Searce’s website Research and suggest new keyword ideas for blogs. Share content optimisation ideas with content writer and get them implemented Ensure that all the content on the website integrates with the current SEO best practices Regularly monitor search console for webpage rankings, keyword ideas, updating sitemap and indexing related tasks Regularly track and monitor website performance improvement using Google Analytics or any equivalent analytics tool. Create monthly web analytics report and provide recommendations to further enhance website performance Identify off page optimisation opportunities. Perform backlink audit for Searce and Competitors; suggest backlink opportunities PPC: Plan, manage, and execute paid search/display/remarketing ads, including but not limited to account setup, implementation of strategies, campaign structure, budget management, and daily bidding Optimise campaigns for conversions Daily campaign bid management with detailed attention to ROI and budget Keyword analysis - build keyword lists, analyze search volume, regularly check search terms report and add negative keywords to the campaign Implement and use ad extensions - track ad extension performance Write ad copy for search and display ads, ensure brand are guidelines met for new ads and continually test and optimize existing ads Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports  Create landing pages for the campaigns and optimise them to maximise conversions Key Requirements: Well versed with Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Requires understanding of advanced Google Analytics functions including Goal Setting, Goal Conversions, Adwords Integration, custom reports etc. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript codes. Knowledge of implementing tracking codes from Google, FB, LinkedIn etc. in the website Well versed with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest etc. or any other equivalent tool Well versed with on-page, off-page, local and international SEO Experience in creating and driving results from Google Search, Display and Video ads  Strong understanding of conversion tracking and conversion rate optimisation Experience in creating and optimising landing pages that leads to high conversion rates Should be well versed with the landing page optimisation techniques Up-to-date knowledge on the SEO and PPC updates and best practices  2-3 years of strong and relevant experience in managing SEO and PPC campaigns that drive results Job Location- Pune, Hinjewadi Phase 1
