1. Proficient in C language
2. Proficient in Linux application development, TCP/IP protocol, multi-threaded programming, basic encryption algorithm,
3. familiar with Linux system commonly used API and commands, proficient in basic debugging means and methods.
4. Proficient in STM32 and other SCM development, skilled in using Keil and other integrated development environment,
5. proficient in serial port communication programming, Bluetooth, GPIO, SPI, EEPROM and other development, proficient in basic debugging means and methods.
6. Have basic hardware skills and knowledge, can draw PCB and read circuit diagrams, can use an oscilloscope and other tools for debugging.
7. Familiar with embedded system, free-RTOS, RT-Thread, etc.
8. Fluency in both spoken and written English.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate various projects within our fast-paced SaaS startup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the progress of our software development projects, ensuring that they align with our strategic goals, and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and implement long-term projects that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

2. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software development, marketing, sales, and customer support.

3. Monitor project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and targets on the project as needed.

4. Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to all stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.

5. Implement best practices and standards in project management and software development.

6. Foster a collaborative culture and nurture team development.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science will be preffered. It will be a plus if you have both.

2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in program management, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.

3. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.

4. Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and cloud technologies.

5. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

Preferred Skills:

1. PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.

2. Experience in a startup or fast-growing technology company.

3. Knowledge of Jira, Asana, MS Office.

Job Description:

• Strong working experience in IOS application development is a must. First-hand experience of native mobile apps using Swift must.
• Experience with Swift, RxSwift, Swift UI, and Unit tests.
• Strong system design and architecture skills - specifically for IOS. Curiosity to tinker around, explore new paradigms and strongest for continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of network connections, Rest API'sand scheduling. Strong knowledge of security standards (e.g. HTTPS) and privacy standards.
• Idea/experience of the unit and instrumentation testing in IOS. Optimizing app performance and memory consumption.
• Leveraging community libraries to efficiently complete development tasks.
• Debugging apps using simulators and related tooling.
• Persisting data for offline-first apps using databases such as Realm.
• Localizing apps to support multiple languages and regions, vernacular libraries and fonts.
• Familiar with Version control systems such as GIT.

• Act as the first point of contact for all regulatory & compliance advice to the business
• Revise SOPs periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
• Draft, modify and implement company policies
• Assess the business's future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
• Prepare and present reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.

Key Skills Required

• Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) with 7+ years of Audit and Compliance experience in the retail and institutional Lending domain
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory norms for Lending
• Should have strong communication (verbal written) presentation skills
