Responsibilities:

● Proactively identify and hunt for new business opportunities in the US market through inteligent prospecting across email, LinkedIn, cals, referrals, and other modern outreach channels.

● Research target accounts and inbound leads using AI-powered tools, market signals, and business data to identify pain points, opportunities, and decision-makers.

● Craft highly personalized and thoughtful outreach messages that resonate with prospects and initiate high-quality conversations.

● Conduct discovery cals to deeply understand client chalenges and tailor offerings accordingly.

● Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities with weekly and monthly metrics.

● Own the sales process from initial contact to deal closure, working closely with pre-sales and delivery teams for solutioning.

● Stay updated with industry trends, buyer behavior, and emerging technologies to steer inteligent conversations.

● Maintain CRM hygiene, regularly update outreach activity and pipeline stages, and report on progress.

● Travel occasionaly to meet clients, attend events or conferences (mainly in the US). 

Must-Have Skills :

● 6–10 years of proven experience in B2B technology services sales—preferably in enterprise application development, custom software, or digital transformation.

● Prior experience in seling to US-based clients from India is a must.

● Strong consultative sales skils with the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and influence senior decision-makers.

● Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apolo/ZoomInfo, HubSpot/CRM, AI email assistants, and sales automation platforms.

● Highly inteligent with excelent communication skils, strategic thinking, and an ability to ask the right questions.

● Self-driven and outcome-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

● Wilingness to travel when required for on-site client meetings or trade show

Good to Have Skills:

● Exposure to key industries like Manufacturing, Healthcare, or BFSI.

● Familiarity with modern sales enablement tools and AI-driven prospecting platforms.

Job Description

• Architect, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to build React Native iOS / Android applications for clients

• Implement pixel-perfect UI's that match designs.

• Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.

• Integrate third-party API's.
• Release applications to iOS and Google Play stores.
• Work with native modules when required.

• Complete two week sprints and participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups.

• Assist with building estimates.
• Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all performance marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEM, Google Display and Discovery ads, remarketing & email campaigns
• Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment by optimisimng cost per qualified lead
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Manage landing pages and optimize user experience

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree
• Certifications in Google and Facebook ad management strongly preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords & Facebook Ad campaigns.
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Demonstrable experience managing SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

Title:                  Senior Dynamics AX F&0 Functional  consultant

Position:          Full Time

Location:          Hyderabad, India

Job Hours:        1.30 PM to 10:30 PM IST 

Exp Level :            6 to 9 Years 

Responsibilities :

• Provide input regarding Dynamics AX capabilities and functionality to our clients
• Develop an understanding of our clients’ business needs to define systems requirements for Dynamics AX
• Document business requirements for implementation using Microsoft Sure Step Methodology
• Act as the liaison between the business users and the IT implementation core team
• Test the functionality developed by the implementation team against the business requirements
• Full end to end life cycle Dynamics AX projects with emphasis on the finance /Production/Trade & Logistics modules etc.
• Ensuring project scope and responsibilities are clearly articulated to enable effective management of client expectations and project change control.
• Identifying opportunities to deliver additional solutions within the existing client base.
• Provide training to business users on implemented module.

Qualifications :

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Axapta functional resource with 6+ years of experience across the modules
• Demonstrated ability to deliver ERP implementation projects to a structured project and software development methodology in a consulting environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver training and consulting in Dynamics Axapta
• Excellent communications skills with both technical and non-technical people.
• High energy, self-motivation and integrity.
• Good at people management and should have 4+ years of experience working as a functional lead and handling a team.
