Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Java and should also be familiar with Kotlin for backend development. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
• Work on Kotlin-based backend applications as per project requirements.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

JOB SUMMARY 

As a salesforce developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing and deploying custom solutions on the salesforce platform using various features such as sales cloud, service cloud, experience cloud and so on. you will be involved in requirement gathering, design, implementation approach and rollout. your expertise will be crucial in analyzing and proposing the right approach and solution and implement new solutions in a timely manner for solid business impact 

SKILLS REQUIRED 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science in Information Technology or related field 
• 5 years+ hands-on experience in Salesforce development. 
• Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies including APEX, Visualforce and Lightening components. 
• Working experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. 
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (REST/ SOAP API’s middleware) 
• Strong in Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities. 
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work Independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Brand Development: Create and revitalize logos, packaging, brochures, and internal branding. Elevate brand identities with compelling visual narratives.
• Develop mood boards and color palettes that align with the vision of the brand and client.
• Produce eye-catching social media creatives, including Instagram Reels and videos.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, and other digital assets.
• Collaborate with other designers, marketing teams, and project managers to ensure alignment of creative vision and branding.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, video editing techniques, and best practices.
• Expertly use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).

What You Need to Bring:

• Experience: At least 2 years of design experience. You know the drill — and you do it well.
• Mastery of Tools: You’re a whiz with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. We’re talking top-tier skills, people!
• Creative Portfolio: Your portfolio is your superpower. Show us logos, branding, videos, and anything else that screams you’ve got it.
• Design Sense: You know typography like the back of your hand, and you understand the difference between what looks good and what looks amazing.
• Video Savvy: You can make a video go from “meh” to “mind-blowing.” Sound, effects, transitions — you know it all.
• Education: With 2 years experience in Graphic Designing and Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Contributing to the backend of the product development.
• Maintaining these applications for accuracy and high availability.
• Contributing to and enforcing great coding practices through code reviews.
• Sharing knowledge with your colleagues during regular knowledge Sharing sessions.
• Collaborate across functions and own the planning, estimation and execution for parts of the product.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve system designs, architecture and implementation standards.

• Experience of architecting and building products/business critical backend applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with relational databases like Postgres or MySQL.
• Experience of deploying and maintaining web applications.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure like AWS, GCP etc.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and stress testing tools.
• Good communication skills.

The candidate will be responsible for Ad Sales for Print Media (Magazine)

1. Building leads through existing & cold calls.
2. Should be a self-starter and with excellent presentation skills.
3. Driving revenue and sales with the development of creative initiatives
4. Developing an extensive network in the industry ( E.g. Brands)
5. Ensuring sales strategy is executed accordingly and effectively
6. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of experience within an Ad Sales print media industry.
• You have an established network in the corporate and ad agencies from prior experience.
• You have a strong understanding of the industry and stay updated with market trends.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
