Key Responsibilities & Job Duties

● To provide functional support for our ERP

Finance applications (Oracle eBusiness Suite)

○ Assist users in case of question

○ Manage functional requests

● Train users to keep the right level of skill

○ To organize audits of the use of systems

○ Detect and collect issues

○ Implement action plan and coordinate actions

● To manage enhancements in accordance with the procedures which apply in the department

○ Collect enhancements from users

○ Challenge the user requirements

● Define priorities

○ Write functional specifications and coordinate developments with the technical team

● Test and train the users

○ Regularly communicate to the users the status of the enhancement

○ Report activity to the management

○ Collaborate with functional support in other zones to share information

○ Optionally, may manage some projects

What is this  Role supposed to achieve?

As one of the first outbound SDRs for Klaar in the North America and APAC region,  you have the opportunity to set up, shape and grow the business across multiple new geographies.

At Klaar you will be expected to:

• Deep Dive into the Klaar platform and its various modules as well as the Performance Management and Talent Development space.
• Build and supplement your core skills with product as well as industry knowledge.
• Craft the outreach program with GTM practices, and iterate it to what works best for you.
• Consistently work towards your own targets that will eventually help drive monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.

You should explore this opportunity if:

• You have 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably HR Tech or the Performance Management domain.

• You have a consistent track record of hitting your numbers, and successfully engaging with US and APAC customers.

• You are as comfortable picking up a phone as you are at writing an email that a CHRO can't ignore.

• Worked with Sales tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator and Hubspot.

• You have a mindset to work in a fast-paced environment and scale from 0 to 1 stage.

• You can hold clear and direct communication with your mentors and peers — As a remote organization, nailing written communication is critical.

• You are comfortable with ambiguity. An early-stage startup is full of ‘unknowns’ and often includes rapid iterations of ‘strategy’.

• You are great with Ownership. You would be building this from the ground up. There wouldn’t be people necessarily overseeing your day-to-day. You’ll have to own this and deliver.

• Reach out to Decision Makers (B2b) / Connect with the relevant individuals (as per defined database) to brief them on call about upcoming conferences, sessions, etc. Educate them why they should attend the conference/event and generate interest.
• Work on Business-to-Business campaign for the IT marketplace 
• Doing Web search for successful call results ie. LinkedIn
• Guide and help the participants in the process like registering, logging-in on the portal by carrying out the intelligent conversation, sharing appropriate information with registrants

Role and responsibility:

Acts as Lead Medical Writer and performs competently on straightforward projects, with guidance from senior staff as required. Takes responsibility for preparation of assigned documents to a high standard, working in accordance with Quintiles SOPs and the customer’s requirements. Identifies project needs, tracks project timelines and implements client requests with senior review.

• Participates in both internal and external project team meetings and liaises directly with the customer on medical writing issues, as appropriate and with senior support as needed.
• Arranges appropriate internal review of assigned documents and takes responsibility for on-time delivery.
• May perform QC review of documents or parts of documents prepared by more senior staff.
• Takes responsibility for managing day-to-day workload for assigned tasks and projects, in collaboration with senior staff.
• Keeps abreast of current data, trends, medical writing/regulatory knowledge, developments and advances in area of drug development/medical writing.
• Complies with Company SOPs and participates in the implementation of new SOPs.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Excellent standard of written English, and ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.

• Familiarity with the structural and content requirements of clinical study reports, protocols, and similar documents.
• Ability to integrate, interpret, and summarize data from a variety of sources in a clear and concise manner.
• Competence in completing a good first draft clinical study report in a routine therapeutic area within a reasonable timeframe with limited guidance.
• Good understanding of common statistical methods used in clinical trials and interpretation of their results.
• Ability to give a simple presentation to a project team and/or customer, e.g. on Medical Writing processes.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and deficiencies in statistical output.

Education and Experience:
