Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess suitability.
• Coordinate and manage the complete interview process with hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary offers and support candidates throughout the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong working knowledge of multiple job portals and sourcing techniques.
