Responsibilities :
System Design & Development :
- Design, develop, and enhance high-performance risk management applications using Java and Python.

Risk Systems & Data Management :
- Develop tools for efficient data processing, validation, and storage of market and counterparty credit risk data.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various sources, enhancing data pipelines and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Technical Proficiency:
Languages : Proficiency in Java and Python, with hands-on experience in designing and developing risk or trading applications.
Experience :
- 10+ Years of experience in software development, with a proven track record in Java and Python.
- Significant experience in financial services, specifically within risk management or related fields.
- Prior experience in building risk models, risk reporting frameworks, or risk data warehousing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Design end-to-end agentic frameworks using UiPath Agent Builder and Studio Web, moving processes away from rigid "if-then" logic to goal-oriented AI agents.
- Agentic UI Integration: Lead the implementation of UiPath Autopilot and Agentic Orchestration to handle dynamic UI changes, unstructured data, and complex human-in-the-loop escalations.
- Advanced AI Implementation: Deploy and fine-tune models within the UiPath AI Trust Layer, ensuring secure and governed use of LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) for real-time UI reasoning.
- Infrastructure & Governance: Define the "Agentic Operating Model," establishing guardrails for autonomous agent behavior, security protocols, and scalability within UiPath Orchestrator.
- Stakeholder Strategy: Partner with C-suite stakeholders to identify "Agent-First" opportunities that provide 10x ROI over traditional RPA.
- Mentorship: Lead a CoE (Center of Excellence), upskilling senior developers in prompt engineering, context grounding, and semantic automation.
Required Technical Skills:
- Core Platform: Expert-level mastery of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Cloud.
- Agentic Specialization: Proven experience with UiPath Agent Builder, Integration Service, and Document Understanding.
- AI/ML Integration: Deep understanding of AI Center, Vector Databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to provide agents with business context.
- Programming: Proficiency in .NET (C#) and Python for custom activity development and AI model interfacing.
- UI Automation: Expert knowledge of modern UI descriptors, Computer Vision, and handling "tricky" environments (Citrix, legacy SAP, mainframe).
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in Software Development/Automation, with at least 5 years specifically in UiPath Architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Certifications: UiPath Advanced Developer (ARD) and UiPath Solution Architect certifications are mandatory. Certifications in AI/ML (Azure AI, AWS Machine Learning) are a significant plus.

Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure a seamless interview experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Delegate new hiring requirements with the team and track recruitment progress.
Employee Management & Engagement
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.

- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure the final salary report is accurate and submitted in time for the salary cycle.
Team Management & Reporting
- Manage the team's work performance and ensure positive outcomes.
- Provide regular training or course work to keep the team informed of new HR practices and improve their skillset.
- Ensure clear and concise reports are being generated to display the HR Department's Performance.
- Present department performance and HR insight to the senior management during review meetings and implement feedback.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably an HR Generalist Field.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience in HRIS & ATS (Zoho preferred).
