Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate posting of transactions

Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable

Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings (as applicable)

Coordinate with auditors for annual audits

Monitor budgets and assist in financial planning and analysis

Support project costing and IT-specific accounting (e.g., SaaS revenue recognition, R&D cost tracking)

Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal controls

·Sales Strategy and Planning:

•  Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals. 
•   Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. 
•  Set sales targets and quotas for the sales team. 
• Create sales forecasts and monitor performance against targets. 

Team Management:

• Lead and motivate a sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation. 
• Delegate tasks effectively and empower team members to achieve individual goals. 
• Foster a positive sales culture and promote collaboration within the team. 

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify potential new customers. 
• Understand client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements. 
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. 

Sales Operations:

• Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 
• Implement sales processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management. 
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights to inform strategic decisions.

The sales associate will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build strong relationships with customers, and close deals. Roles and Responsibilities

1. Hands on experience in PHP frameworks Laravel

2. Experience in development of PHP based web applications, in Laravel PHP, Web Services (Json), MySQL. - Thorough understanding of OOPs concepts (Data Abstraction, Encapsulation, Inheritance, Polymorphism)

3. In-depth understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.

4. Ability to understand project specification/requirements, coding, implementation and debugging.
