We are seeking a highly capable and systems-oriented Tech Manager to lead our automation and digital infrastructure efforts. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing scalable systems, integrating business tools, and streamlining operations through automation platforms and API-driven solutions.

This is a cross-functional technical role requiring a blend of engineering, product thinking, and operations mindset. The Tech Manager will be responsible for ensuring our internal workflows and client delivery systems operate efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage workflow automations using Zapier, Make.com, or similar platforms.
• Integrate systems such as CRMs, project management tools, financial platforms, and communication software.
• Build lightweight internal tools, dashboards, and scripts for operational support.
• Lead API integrations and ensure smooth data flow across applications.
• Ensure system reliability, uptime, and compliance with data privacy best practices.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve business efficiency.
• Collaborate with non-technical teams to translate business needs into system solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a technical, automation, or systems role.
• Proficiency in no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make.com, Airtable, etc.).
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with JavaScript or Python for automation and scripting tasks.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based tools and digital operations.
• Ability to design and manage scalable technical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Experience with tools like Monday.com, Notion, QuickBooks, HubSpot, or ClickUp.
• Background in early-stage startups or digital service-based environments.
• Ability to manage freelance developers or technical contractors.

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Shopify Developer to join our incredible team. You'll be a critical participant in projects working closely with designers, performance managers, our creative team, and the Technical Director. To optimize our Shopify Plus store. Fluency in HTML5 and JavaScript, experience with custom theme development, Shopify Plus experience, and familiarity with Next and React are essential. The ideal candidate would also be expected to help manage core Shopify platform integrations such as Klavyio, Zendesk, and other vital Shopify applications.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Shopify Plus and Shopify Scripts

Experience with custom theme development for Shopify Plus (advanced customer fields experience)

Fluency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery Experience with Shopify app integrations (integrating third-party APIs)

Familiarity with Github

Strong understanding of SEO and web development Experience with Server and DNS management Understanding cross-browser compatibility problems and the ability to offer solutions

Experience with user testing and usability analysis

Familiarity with UX/UI concepts and best practices

Responsibilities:

Actively involved in all phases of the site development

Manage our Shopify Plus store Work with the marking team to create landing pages Change website content to improve the customer journey Help manage third-party integrations and applications Optimize page load times Resolve cross-browser issues (troubleshooting server and site issues)

Familiarity with design software such as Photoshop to customize visuals and media on sites Attend group meetings and offer recommendations to improve the optimization of customer journey and conversion

Communicate regularly with team members through channels such as Slack and Asana 

• 4+ Years of proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
• Good experience in building custom WordPress themes, custom  plugins  and configuring content using custom fields.
• Extensive experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience using CSS Grid, CSS Flexbox 
• Good Communication skills

• Building the website front-end and back-end from scratch without using any page builders. 

• Creating easy to use, intuitive,  well-structured backend for content management.
• Writing SEO friendly, high performant code.
• Configuring  server environments such as LEMP.
• Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working
