Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients based on leads provided.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property information.

• Systematic follow-up with interested leads and timely updates on new offers.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with sales teams and clients.

• Maintain accurate records of all conversations and lead progress using CRM tools.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when needed.

Education qualifications:

• Minimum preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Experience:

• 2-3+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.

Skills & Competencies:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with expertise in manual and automation testing. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products by conducting thorough testing, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure optimal software performance.
• Perform manual and automated testing for web, desktop, and mobile applications using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that existing functionalities are unaffected by new updates or enhancements.
• Analyze product requirements, system specifications, and code to design test strategies that align with project goals.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Ensure compliance with software development life cycle (SDLC) quality standards and best practices.
• Document and report testing phases, defect details, and resolutions clearly and concisely.
• Continuously optimize QA processes and explore new methodologies and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
• Prepare and set up test environments and test data for seamless execution of testing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and advancements in software testing and automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1+ years) as a QA Tester or similar role in manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and basic programming knowledge (e.g., SQL, Java, or Python).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and QA principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in global teams and multitask effectively.

Technical Requirement:

• At least 5 years of experience in Java, J2EE technologies.
• Expertise in doing development using Java, Spring Boot, Spring modules (Spring Security, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, etc.), Hibernate, Web Services
• Worked on REST web services.
• Worked on application server : Tomcat
• Worked on Eclipse IDE
• Knowledge of Swagger, Postman
• Worked on Database like MySQL
• Worked on Git, Maven, CI/CD pipelines
• Good to have knowledge of using Docker and Mongo DB

Proficiency in Python 

• Collaborate with internal teams to define user interface requirements
• Combine various colors, shapes and typography fonts to improve user experience
• Paint by hand and use drawing applications to design original graphics
• Use visual design software to refine illustrations
• Apply sketching techniques, like gradients and contrasts to enhance digital images
• Present rough drafts to product managers and/or key stakeholders to gain approval
• Develop prototypes and models to use in various products to maximize aesthetic consistency
• Brainstorm new ideas, layouts and graphics
• Stay up-to-date with design application changes and industry developments

• Proven work experience as a Visual Designer, UI Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of related works (e.g. logos, animations and graphics)
• Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, Indesign and Adobe Illustrator
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
• Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects

• BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant qualification

We are looking for a highly motivated developer with at least 1+ years of strong hands-on experience in Java to join our startup. You would be playing a pivotal role in contributing to the initial tech stack. You would be further responsible for designing and implementing product requirements that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable. You should be comfortable working across different technologies/frameworks that we work on - Microservices, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, MySQL, Kubernetes, AWS.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and build scalable REST APIs on Spring Boot
• Develop, test, tune for performance and deploy microservices
• Collaborate with the team, optimize and refactor the back-end architecture
• Maintain high standards of quality for code, documentation and other deliverables
• Active cross-team coordination would be expected
