Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery. Address and resolve technical issues that arise during the sales process or order finalization. 4. Market Analysis Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and sales strategies. 5. Reporting and Documentation Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

Desired qualifications include
