We’re looking for a multi-skilled Marketing & Content Associate to take full ownership of our content and social media ecosystem. If you’re someone who understands how to tell stories, confidently represents a brand on video, ghostwrites like a pro, and knows how to blend AI with human creativity, this is the role for you. What You'll Own
● End-to-end management of Synexc and Synexc’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
● Write engaging, original content for social posts, blogs, website, emails, and scripts
● Be on-camera for video content and reels across brand channels
● Ghostwrite content for Synexc’s leadership across LinkedIn and industry platforms. Clarity, tone, and thought leadership are key
● Manage and update Synexc’s marketplace listings and partner platforms (e.g., Salesforce AppExchange or similar)
● Create, schedule, and analyze posts using Buffer, Later, or similar scheduling tools
● Use Canva for basic graphic design and visual asset creation
● Take ownership of email marketing and performance marketing coordination
● Write first-level, high-quality content using tools like Grammarly but with your own creative voice at the core
● Use AI tools smartly as a support system, not a crutch
● Stay on top of SEO basics, platform trends, and content best practices
● Collaborate across teams to create marketing assets that support internal initiatives, hiring, and client stories Who You Are
● 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in content writing, social media, or digital marketing
● You love to write and create, not just execute
● You’re comfortable being on camera and presenting yourself with energy and clarity
● You’re experienced with ghostwriting and understand how to tailor tone and messaging for different profiles
● You know tools like Grammarly, Canva, Buffer, Hemingway, Chat GPT, and Microsoft Word like second nature
● You can write content that’s original, strategic, and aligned with business goals
● You understand the basics of Salesforce, CRM, SaaS, or tech marketing
● You’re self-motivated, organized, and ready to run marketing independently in a growing startup environment

Pingahla is recruiting ETL & BI Test Manager who can build and lead a team, establish infrastructure, processes
and best practices for our Quality Assurance vertical. The candidates are expected to have at least 5+ years of experience with ETL Testing and working in Data Management project testing. JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plans and manages the testing activities;
• Defect Management and Weekly & Monthly Test report Generation;
• Work as a Test Manager to design Test Strategy and approach for DW&BI - (ETL & BI) solution;
• Provide leadership and directions to the team on quality standards and testing best practices;
• Ensured that project deliverables are produced, including, but not limited to: quality assurance plans,
test plans, testing priorities, status reports, user documentation, online help, etc. Managed and
motivated teams to accomplish significant deliverables within tight deadlines.
• Test Data Management; Reviews and approves all test cases prior to execution;
• Coordinates and reviews offshore work efforts for projects and maintenance activities.
REQUIRED SKILLSET:
