Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in building Web applications using ASP.net, web API, SQL Server, and Testable code.
•  C# with Strong in OOPS
• Experience in architecting and designing web applications and services
• Must have at least *3 to 6 months of experience using React or Node JS.
• Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership, while working closely with junior team members.
• Conceptual knowledge of middleware architecture.
• Strong experience with Agile processes.
• Exposure to tools to optimize web application performance-MH
• Understanding and experience in working with Product Management, Design, and DevOps teams.

Skill Requirements:

• Proven software development experience in PHP.

Interface with product management during product discovery and establish product road maps

Contribute to back end development at Elisar

Communicating and collaborating with others

Develop and manage dev team's work schedules to meet expected delivery commitments

Assess and address software development risk for products being developed a Elisar

Establish a CI/CD pipeline at Elisar

Ensure continued compliance with ISO 62304 requirements for the development of software

Play an integral part of the product risk management team at Elisar

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of experience on Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate in medium to large-scale projects
• Must have experience with at least some flavours of both SQL (MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL (Kafka, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, NoSQL distributed cache system, DynamoDB etc), datastores in production
• Must have experience with Kafka or similar message queue systems in production
• Stellar problem solving skills
• Hunger to learn new things and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
• Ability to move quickly without breaking things too much (we are dreamers)
