Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and online engagement.

2. Free Credit Score Product (Immediate Priority)
- Launch and scale a free credit score module for MSMEs.
- Integrate with credit bureaus (CRIF, Experian, CIBIL) to fetch and display scores and reports.
- Design user education flows on credit health, repayment behavior, and improvement tips.
- Build funnels for upsell into lending and financial wellness products.
3. Insurance & Wealth (Future-Ready Platform Build)
- Design a framework for embedded insurance (term, health, credit-life) with contextual offerings.
- Architect journeys for micro-investments, recurring deposits, or mutual funds for MSMEs.
- Partner with insurance and wealth providers to build APIs and co-branded experiences.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI and SEBI norms and embed customer suitability logic.
4. Decisioning, Risk & Lifecycle Infrastructure
- Manage rules engines, scorecard integrations, fraud layers, and partner fallback logic.
- Own architecture for lifecycle automation: reminders, upsell triggers, payment follow-ups, and collections.
5. Internal Systems & Ops Tooling
- Build internal CRMs, dashboards, and case management tools for support, credit ops, and collections.
- Define monitoring and alerting layers for partner SLAs, exceptions, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
6. Data, Reporting & Governance
- Define data schema and structures in collaboration with engineering and analytics.
- Enable regulatory and business reporting: bureau pulls, performance metrics, and RBI-ready logs.
7. Cross-Functional Execution
- Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Business teams.
- Drive alignment on priorities, write clear specs, manage releases, and own platform performance KPIs.
Skill Set
