We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, audience engagement, performance tracking, and implementing social media strategies aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, captions)
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; actively engage with the audience
- Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand voice
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports (reach, engagement, growth, conversions)
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns
- Manage paid social media ads (optional / if applicable)
- Handle influencer collaborations and partnerships (if applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Ability to create engaging content and storytelling
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in [your industry, e.g., tech, e-commerce, healthcare, education]
- Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign optimization
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
- Experience managing brand accounts with measurable growth
