We are now expanding our marketing team and looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can manage our online presence, generate leads, run paid campaigns, and improve our brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities (Based on Your KRA)Social Media Management
- Create and publish monthly social media posts
- Plan the monthly content calendar
- Improve engagement and follower growth
Lead Generation
- Run and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Generate qualified leads through paid campaigns
- Maintain cost-effective campaigns and improve conversions
SEO & Website Optimization
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Improve website traffic and ranking performance
Content Marketing
- Create or coordinate content for blogs, website pages, and social media
- Publish consistent blogs and optimize website content
- Support content planning with the design team
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Search Console
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Provide actionable insights to improve ROI
Email Marketing

Brand Presence

Learning & Growth

- Complete relevant certifications to upgrade skills
Key Skills Required

- Google Ads / PPC
- Meta Ads
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Writing / Editing
- Basic designing knowledge (Canva/Figma preferred)
- Google Analytics & Search Console
- Good communication and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Certifications in Digital Marketing / Google Ads / SEO preferred
- Experience in an IT, marketing, or advertising industry is an added advantage
