Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, regulations, and governance requirements.

Ensure designs meet technical specifications, functional requirements, and industry standards.
b) Prototyping and Testing
Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and test prototypes.
Perform feasibility studies and stress analyses using simulation tools or manual methods.
Identify and address design issues during testing and validation phases.
c) Process Optimization
Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimized for production
Implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles in projects.
Continuously improve existing designs to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
d) Collaboration and Documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.
Prepare technical documentation, including engineering reports, specifications, and design records.
Support project planning and provide inputs for timelines and resource requirements

Role Summary
The Production Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing plans and schedules to produce complex aerospace components. This role ensures efficient material flow, maximizes resource utilization, and guarantees all production activities meet rigorous safety and quality standards (AS9100).
Key Responsibilities
Production Scheduling: Create and maintain detailed production schedules and work orders that balance customer demand, material availability, and facility capacity across various manufacturing cells (e.g., CNC machining, assembly and Fabrication).
Process Optimization: Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Kaizen events, value stream mapping) to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
Work Instruction Development: Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to develop clear, detailed work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and build plans that comply with engineering specifications and quality requirements.
ERP/MRP Management: Utilize the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFS) to manage production data, track inventory, update BOMs (Bill of Materials), and monitor work-in-progress (WIP).
Capacity & Resource Planning: Conduct capacity analyses for labor and machinery, forecasting future needs and coordinating with management to ensure adequate resources are available for upcoming projects.
Problem Solving & Coordination: Act as the technical liaison between the production floor, quality assurance, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve immediate production issues (material shortages, design queries, quality holds) and prevent delays.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all planning and production activities adhere strictly to aerospace quality management systems (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001). Maintain accurate production records and performance metrics (KPIs).
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing engineering, or process planning within an aerospace or high-compliance, regulated manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with typical aerospace manufacturing processes (e.g., precision machining, sheet metal fabrication, complex assembly).
Technical Skills:
ERP/MRP Proficiency: Strong proficiency in using major ERP/MRP systems for production planning and inventory control.
Methodologies: Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel, Minitab).
Technical Acumen: Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y14.5 standards.
Soft Skills:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CMM Operator to oversee and optimize inspection processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in CMM operating. The CMM operator will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of our inspection process from manufacturing to finished products.
Job Role and Responsibilities: -

Required Skill:
Experience with CMM operating and programming (Hexagon make) Candidate must be familiar with PC-DMIS 2015.1 CAD++ software.
Use in-depth familiarity of GD&T to interpret blueprints at all assembly levels.
Solid understanding of geometric relationships
Provide analysis of collected data and evaluate it to provide direction for remaining operations.
Integrate process monitoring with the fabrication process to locate both welding and machining details.
Understand and apply the fabrication process and environmental effects on large structures.
Effectively communicate to fabricators, machinists, assemblers, engineers, and other parties as required.
Experience with model-based metrology.
